"Yes, sir!"

Ships' armaments prepared and aa gun also loaded. All weapons ready to be fired as other crew rest ashore.

"They're having too much fun."

"To release some stress, sir. We've been here for quite some time. Perhaps too long to be not worried."

"Perhaps,"

Felix excuse himself and left the admiral to his lonesome and planned to join his subordinates.

"Why, do you want me to die here?"

"Of course not, your majesty. It's just that, if you order us to prepare such heavy fleet, the enemy must be a threat. You being here is a threat alone to our sovereignty."

The King scoff and reassure his men.

"Worry not, I'm here knowing what it will cost me. That's why I left my son taking the king's task at my behest. And soon enough, he will be the ruler. Such thing will be an practice for him. Now, prepare!"

It's been the fourth day since the message were sent and as soon as morning came they were all ordered to prepared. Some are even sleepy and not fully functional, yet it didn't stop them from protecting their city.

Complete silence as they await for their enemy. All guns aimed towards the sea. And that's when a fast moving bird-like object appear a thousand feet above them.
