Ning Qi simply wrote a note to Li Ping, telling him that he was going somewhere and wouldn't be back for the night, before driving his car to the sect.
Along the way, a flurry of messages came from Ning Jing asking why he booked the flight tickets, which may have cost a lot. She told him to cancel them so that they could go by train, which is much cheaper. She and Wen Fen thought that this was the surprise gift that Ning Qi promised them, but they don't want Ning Qi to squander his money like that.
Ning Qi simply ignored her protest before sending the contact number of Yang Tian to her. Then he told her that there is someone who will come to receive them, and they will also give their tickets there.
"Stop it, Jing! You will irritate brother Ning if you keep your protests any longer." Wen Fen stopped Ning Jing from calling Ning Qi, as she had entered his number and wanted to persuade Ning Qi directly.
After getting reminded by Wen Fen, she closed her mobile before putting it away. She knows once her brother decides on something, it's very hard to persuade him to change his mind. He then slowly made his way into the main hall, where he saw four police. Two women and two men are arguing with Nangong Xu and Kang Xuan. Shen Yue simply sat on the edge of the floor with her head down, making it look like she was a victim.
"Hello, Officer! Show me the warrant, and then I will allow you to search for our place. You came here without any warranty, just because someone said it, doesn't that make us victims here?" Nangong Xu argued with the policewoman, who looked to be the leader of the team. She looks to be someone who is in her forties, while the remaining three officers look quite young, ranging from 23 to 27.
The youngest one is the other girl, who looks to be in her early twenties. All of them are quite fit, including the older lady, which surprised Ning Qi a bit.
"You are being a quite unreasonable little brother! Even though we don't have a warranty, we have a pretty decent report that we trust that you guys are carrying illegal weapons here. We even have the exact report of the weapons, 2 Fk-Brno combat field pistols. Do you have anything else to say?" The younger girl argued back, as she felt quite funny about how this handsome little brother is involved in underground dealings at such a young age.
Ning Qi simply eyed that girl, who is a beauty on par with Shen Yue and the other little beauties he has met so far. She just lacked that mature aura that Yi Ran has, just like Wen Fen and his little sister.
"Oh! Is there any proof, miss? Also, why are you calling me little brother?" Nangong Xu argued back fiercely, as he already understood that they were exposed by the one who sold guns. He also felt this girl is quite cute, but she has been especially pressing the word 'little brother' word from the time she came in.

"Oh! It looks like this officer knows about sects! Then I don't have to explain too much about the rules." Ning Qi said as he went to sit on the couch, not bothering with them anymore.
Nangong Xu, Kang Xuan, and Shen Yue also went upstairs to start their meditation. As Ning Qi is already here, they felt that no trouble would reach them before crossing him.
