"Yeah, you got it right. Come on, I'll drop you off at school."she said.
"No Mum, J will be coming to pick me up." I said.
" Okay, but don't be late to school."she said.
" I won't Mum." I said.
"Be good." she said and left.
"Whatever." I said and went to the living room. I looked through the window and saw mum's car going away. I went to the refrigerator and took some snacks.
"Ma'am, your mum said you shouldn't take snacks in the morning." A maid said and I glared at her.
"First of all, you're not my mum and secondly, you don't tell me what to do."I said and walked out on her. J came and I went outside. I got into the car. "Good morning." I said giving him my best smile.
"Good morning." he said and started driving.
"So I heard your parents are in town."I said.
"Yeah, they came yesterday." he said.
"Oh that's nice."I said. We got to school and he parked the car. He checked his wrist watch and looked out. "Aren't you coming out?"I asked. He smiled and I looked over at where his gaze was. It was on Kyla who was coming down from their car. I was so furious. I just hate that girl so much. We both got down from the car.
KYLA'S P.O.V.
Violet and Jeremy got down from the car with Violet giving me a weird smile. Jeremy walked to me and we embraced each other.
"Hey baby." He said and gave me a peck on my lips. "How are you this morning?" he asked.
"I'm okay." I said.
"J, I'll be going now." Violet said and pecked him on the cheek before going.
"What was that?"I asked.
"It's nothing. It doesn't mean anything. Trust me." he said putting his hands around my shoulders.
"Well, I don't like it." I said, looking away. "You look cute when you are jealous."he said. I folded my hands and frowned at him. "Okay I'm sorry about that."he said. "It wasn't really her fault. She's just used to it, but I'll try to talk to her about it." he said and I sighed.
"Fine." I said. He tickled me and I laughed. He looked around.
"Where is the boss lady?"he asked.
"She didn't come to school today. She's feeling feverish." I said.
"Too bad. I brought her favourite snack."he said and we started walking to the hallway.

During lunch break, Jeremy came to my seat.
"Hi pretty." He said and I stood up.
"Hi handsome." I said and he placed his hand around my shoulders. We both walked out of the class.
"Let's go to the cafeteria. My friends are there already." he said.
"Your friends? The cafeteria?" I asked.
"You have any problem with it?" I asked.
"You know, I don't think your friends like me at all. And I haven't been in the cafeteria for a while now. I prefer the field." I said.
"Come on, don't say that. My friends like you." he said.
" I doubt that." I said.
"Listen, I'm telling you the truth. They don't hate you. As long as I love you, they have to love you too. And as for the cafeteria, I just want you to come with me. Please do it for me." He said. I looked at his cute face. I can't say no to him.
"Ok, let's go.. but I'll have to go to the library later." I said.
"Yeah, come on."he held my hand and pulled me along with him to the cafeteria. We bought our food and went to sit with Brian and Mitchell.
"Dude, we actually thought you've forgotten us."Mitch said.
"No way. Why would I do that?" Jeremy asked.
" Well, you are with a beautiful girl all the time, so we thought you forgot us." Brian said and we chuckled.
"There's no way I would do that. Where are the girls?" he asked.
"I don't know."Brian said and looked at Mitch. He shrugged and sipped from his soda. Violet and Crystal came to us with their food.
"Speaking of the devils." Mitch said.
"You mean Angels."Crystal sang and kissed him, sitting beside him. Violet sat at Jeremy's other side.
"Hi J." They both said with smiles.
"Girls."J called, sipping from his drink. I just ate silently.
"Hey guys, how about we go out this weekend." Violet said.
"Yeah, it's been quite a while we did that." Brian said.
" I don't think I'll be able to make it."Mitch said.
"Why babe?"Crystal said.
"I'm going to be busy." he said.
"Busy with what?"Crystal asked. He looked over at Jeremy and Brian.
"Well his parents won't let him out of the house." Jeremy said looking at Brian.
"Yeah, that's true." Brian said. I smelt something fishy between the three of them.
"Okay, but when they travel you owe us a Hangout." Crystal said and everyone agreed.
"Kyla I hope you will be joining us."Violet said.
" Yeah, come with us babe." Jeremy said.
" Okay, I will." I said.
"Yay." Violet said excitedly. Who does she think she was deceiving with her pretence? Certainly not me. I know she's up to no good. I saw Regina.
"Regina, come sit with us."I called and she smiled happily.
"No, no, no this table isn't meant for just anyone." Crystal said.
"Yeah." Violet said.
"Let her sit down. She's my friend."Brian said.
"It's okay, I'll just sit somewhere else."Regina said.
"No I insist you sit here."Brian said and walked to her. He carried her food to the table and led her to the table. He sat down and she sat beside him. I smiled at her. Crystal and Violet just scoffed.
"Come on girls, chill." Mitch said.
"Babe eat up."Jeremy urged.
"I'm filled up already." I said.
"Really? But you barely touched your food."he said in concern. I wasn't really in the mood to eat.
"I have no appetite right now." I said.
"Okay, but finish the drink."he said and held it up for me. I drank everything.
"Good." he said and everyone chuckled including me.
"Cute couple." Brian said and I smiled. I leaned on Jeremy. I saw Violet smiling but something tells me her smile was fake. A student came to us.
"Good day seniors."he said but they all acted like they heard nothing, including my dear Jeremy. I smiled at the guy and motioned for him to speak. "Mr Smith, the basketball coach wants the three of you at the basketball court." he said.
" Finally." Brian said.
"I thought you weren't interested in what he wanted say." I said and they chuckled.
