"The classmates are all witnesses to what she did, right?"I asked the class.
"Yes ma'am."they all responded.
"What?"she called.
"Please have your seat miss."the teacher ordered sternly and she had no choice than to sit down quietly. I went to my seat smiling. I'm sure she'll be cursing me right now.
"Dude, that was devious of you."Mitch said and we chuckled.
"What's up with you guys? What's her fault? She's new here."Violet said turning to us.
"She's the one who humiliated me at the mall and I'm bent on making her pay for it." I said and grinned.
"She's the same girl?"she asked.
"Yes."I said.
"Too bad."Crystal said shaking her head with a slight smile.
"Don't you guys know the meaning of forgive and forget?"Brian asked.
"Never heard of it."I said with a smile and Violet laughed turning to us, since herself and Crystal were sitting in front of us.
"Brian, it's J, remember? He knows only two words. Payback and revenge."she said.
"I know I don't really pay attention in class so much but I'm pretty sure those two words mean the same thing, right Brian?"I asked.
"Why ask me?"Brian asked.
"Because you're the nerd here."Mitchell said and we laughed.
"So I'm the joke?"he asked with a frown.
"Let it be Brian."Crystal said.
"Can I have some peace and quiet in my class?"the teacher said and the girls looked forward.
KYLA'S P.O.V
I really can't believe how the jerk got away with what he did so easily. And everyone seems to be on his side even though they knew the truth. They are all unbelievable.
I was asked to introduce myself and I did. The jerk seemed to own the class. I hate him already. I managed to listen to the teacher as she taught us. After some other subjects, it was time for lunch break. I decided to visit my sister to check how she was doing. I gathered my books into my bag and stood up. I walked outside and headed to the elementary class.
"Hey bitch."the jerk said and stood in front of me.
"Jerk."I called and glanced at his friends.
"I see you don't seem to learn. I'm the king here and what I say goes, ok? So know your place and listen to this, you are going to pay for humiliating me."he says and I spat at his words.
"You know what I think? I think you're the king of the jerks. Stay the fuck away from me, you and your minions."I said pointing at them. I wanted to walk away but he blocked my way.
"I'm not done with you."he said.
"J, you're gonna give her a rough first day."one of the girls said and chuckled.
"Why don't you let her of the hook for now."the other girl said, leaning on the other guy I saw at the mall.
"She looks feisty."the guy said.
"Feisty? Really?"the jerk asked, trying to touch my face but I looked away angrily.
"Kyla."Daisy called and ran to me.
"Daisy."I called and squated to her level, touching her face.
"Who are these people? Are they your friends? They look mean."Daisy said.
"No Daisy, they're not my friends."I said and glanced at them. I looked at Daisy. "Have you had anything to eat yet?"I asked.
"No."she said.
"Alright, come with me."I said and stood up.
"Listen bitch, don't think I'll let you go that easily. Watch your back."the jerk said and I held Daisy's hand and walked out on them.
"Kyla are you sure they're nice? They don't look nice to me"Daisy said.
"Daisy don't think about them, ok?"I said and took her to the cafeteria. I bought her some snacks and also bought for myself. After eating I took her to her class
JEREMY'S P.O.V
I wonder why she had that attitude. Other students would get scared when I confront them or they would drool over me but this girl is different. She's putting on an act. It makes me so angry.
"Aren't you eating?"Violet asked rubbing my arms.
"I'm not in the mood."I said
"Don't tell me, you lost your appetite because of that girl."she said.
"She's the cause."I said.
"You confronted her, it's not as if she came to you."Brian said.
"Well if you don't have anything meaningful to say just keep quiet."I said.
"Oh boy."Crystal sighed.
"I see no reason why you can't just deal with her once and for all, J. I mean, you've got your way around this school."Mitchell said.
"He is right, she's not that tough."Violet said.
"Yeah, that's correct. I really want to see her cry, I want to see her beg me while crying."I said with an evil smirk.
"So what should I do?"Violet asked with a smirk. I smiled and fondled her cheek while she blushed.
"Always ready to seeing into action."I said and she shrugged.
"Of course, anything for you."she said
"It's cool."Crystal said rolling up her sleeves.
"Well guys.. You know the drill."I said and they nodded.
"Jesus Christ."Brian muttered.
KYLA'S P.O.V
The rest of the day was uneventful. After school mum picked us up and took us home.
"So how was your first day in school kids?"mum added.
"School was amazing, I made so many friends at school."Daisy said.
"Lucky you. I had the worst day ever."I muttered to myself.
"How about you Kyla?"mum asked.
"Don't want to talk about it."I said and went upstairs to my room. I laid on the bed without taking off my uniform. "School feels uncomfortable." I murmured. Will I be able to cope with that guy on my neck?
My phone rang. It was Grace, just who I needed.
"Hey Grace."I said wearily.
"Kyla, what's up? You had a rough first day?"she asked.
"You've got that right."I said
"Tell me what happened."she said.
"Remember the guy I told you about?"I asked.
"The guy at the mall?"she asked.
"Yes. That jerk attends my school."I said.
"Oh my God, are you serious?"she asked.
"Yeah, and worse is that we're both in the same class and he has promised to make me pay."I said.
"Whoa.. Is he such a jerk?"she asked.
"Yes, absolutely, a big one. He is an enormous jerk."I said and she chuckled.
"Ok girl, what's his name?"she asked.
"I think they call him Jeremy."I said.
"Such a cool name."she said.
"Yes, cool name for an absolute blockhead."I said and she laughed. I couldn't help but laugh too.
"Isn't this guy cute?"Grace asked and I rolled my eyes.
"Seriously? Your asking me that?"I asked.
"Tell me." She said.
"Well, he's kinda cute but..."
"Really? Do you like him?" She asked.
"Wha.. Hell no. I detest that jerk."I said.
"But you said he's cute."she said.
"And so what? If he's the only guy on Earth, I would never like him, I really hate his guts." I said.
"Whatever girl, so how are you going to handle him?"she asked.
"I'll stand up to him. He's not Superior to me."I said.
"Anyways... Guess what?"she said excitedly.
