The ball in Tidus' palm drew Varis' attention. Sea Soccer Dodge was written in blue letters on a white ball. Appearance-wise, it's just a regular Baller with some beefy aftermarket additions. But that doesn't make it any less of a regular ball.
"Time to switch sides is still available, friends." Varis said.
Tidus shook his head, and the ball didn't make contact with the ground as his legs bobbed up and down. "The ball and I are going to have a battle, Varis. I'm the best player you know, so naturally I could use this as weapon."
Lazy to refute Tidus' boast, Varis simply nodded. He looked around him to assess the situation. Some of the students chuckled and there was a general air of whispers among them.
Some kids made fun of Tidus, asking, "Want to be a circus performer, Tidus?"
It appears that Varis will have to face off against two foes on his own. Then he looked over at Denis and Akiko, who had just entered the arena.
