In the city of California, America, firmly stands a house that has been abandoned recently.

Rumor has it that, there used to be a family called the Binsleys living in that house. The family consisted of the Father, Mr Binsley a wealthy businessman, his wife Mrs Binsley, and their daughter Emily Binsley.

Emily was a very beautiful and kindhearted girl, she was loved by all the souls who knew her. Two years back she died, and then her parents moved out of the house for an undivulged reason.

Some people claim to have seen Emily looking through the window, some say that they hear voices coming from inside the house. And this was the main reason why nearby residents were afraid to enter the house, they believe that the ghost of Emily would haunt them if they did.

One day a nextdoor neighbor, Mr.Green, called a convention with all the people of the neighborhood and planned on selling the abandoned house. Utmost of the people tried to deny, saying that they didn't want to get involved in such matters, for the fact that it's haunted, he kept on being persistent, and so the others had no choice but to agree.

So he went on and took a picture of the house and posted it for sale online.
