Lucas was going back home when he saw a kid crossing the road and a fast moving vehicle not willing to stop nearing the kid.
To save the kid he like a hero ran and kicked the kid to the other side of the road.
The car hit him or so he thought but the car came to sudden halt before him but he died of heart attack and the kid got severally injured cursing him to no end.
Due to heart attack, he fell to the ground face first but with his ears listening everything.
In his last moments, the only words of wishdom to the kid left his mouth were, "You motherf**ker". ರ_ರ
But it was too late for his voice was too low to be heard by anyone.
He blanked out after a few seconds and thought his useless life has finally come to an end and he will finally return to eternal nothingness.
But god heard him and to mock him they summoned his spirit in the hall of judgement.

Lucas hearing this felt disgusted like seeing a gay for the first time and started running in the opposite direction on the white clouds.

The god snapped his fingers causing Lucas sight go dark.
After he left the hall of judgement, his soul was sucked into darkness.
Lucas tried to resist getting sucked into it but he was unable to resist and got sucked in.
Lucas opened his eyes after what felt like years but saw nothing but utter darkness.
Lucas tried to move but was unable to, suddenly a ding happened in his mind, causing a screen to appear in front of his eyes.

Lucas seeing this got flabbergasted but before he was able to complete reading it he blanked out.
Opening his eyes lucas found himself lying in a forest.
Lucas stood up immediately and started examining himself.
He found himself wearing tattered shirt like a beggar, his pants and shoes were in wearable condition, he was able to smell rotten smell from himself which made him feel like vomiting.

Lucas seeing all this felt confused as the god didn't mentioned giving him a system then he realised that the mysterious entities who interfered his soul transfer were probably the one's who gave him this system.
But he felt confused why would they give him this then took all this matter to the back of his mind saying probably they might be some other gods.
After reading and thinking all he wanted, Lucas finally looked around to see his surroundings.
There were huge trees, the ground was all barren like no one came here in years, he started walking to see if he can find anyone.
After walking for more than 3 hours he came across a lake where he saw lush grass and felt drained he immediately ran near the lake and started drinking water.
He felt like his entire body organs started getting wet and realized it's been a week that this fuck*ng body drank water.
Drinking water he heard noise ahead and a ripple being formed like a fish ran away.
He stopped and started to look if he can find any fish there as he was feeling hungry and had to complete his quest or he would die again.
Lucas found a fish in a corner of lake which wasn't deep tried catching it but it slipped away then he undressed his shirt and like a maniac after seeing another fish tried to catch it using his shirt.
The fish got caught in his shirt, he immediately grabbed his shirt and ran a little away from the lake.
He took the fish out alive and let it die.
Lucas felt extremely hungry and started eating the fish just like that.

After satisfying his thirst and hunger to some extent lucas sat on the grass.
As he had read alot of novels in his past life, he most likely knew how a system works.
