Zhuu Shu withdrew his hand that had been reaching out to Agul's palm and took a deep breath. In the presence of the villagers of Green Mountain Village, he raised his right hand to his left chest, his voice trembling, "I, Zhuu Shu, hereby pledge my allegiance to this noble lord for all my life. My life shall be his, and should I betray him, may I be forever severed from this world."
As Zhuu Shu's words fell, the rules of heaven and earth descended, enveloping him and Beiting Huang within. When Zhuu Shu swore his oath, his eyes were fixed solely on Beiting Huang alone, even though he did not know Beiting Huang's name, the rules still took effect.
Agul looked deeply at Zhuu Shu, now feeling somewhat satisfied with this "good-for-nothing", but he couldn't help thinking how lucky Zhuu Shu was to have met their master and to have been chosen by him.
