Chapter 4; Claiming The Company
"Today the board of members had a meeting and deemed it the perfect time for a new president, presenting Mr. J Baron . It's a new dispensation in the company …."
"Yes, I told them to post about the update, isn't that how we have already planned it? I assume the position of the president, I make you a majority stake holder and force my dad to make me his legal heir or toil with his company, this is what we have planned together, why are you looking so disturbed?"
"Read the next article James" his uncle was getting impatient with his lack of seriousness.
"What are these?" James was taken aback when he saw three pictures of him in the club, entering the car and entering the hotel room, it was a picture of him and his conquest for last night.
"I should ask you the same, it's your face on the pictures"
If not because he is an important ingredient in his plan to conquer the whole Baron enterprise and bring down Master John Baron, he wouldn't have used such irresponsible man like him.
But it was all his plan to find him at his lowest state when he didn't know anything and explain to him what had been happening, instilling fear and annoyance in him and planting the seed of discord for his father.
" I can really explain, I don't know this woman"
"And yet there's a picture of the two of you in and out of a hotel, I will not be surprised if an illicit video surfaced out of nowhere, James how could you do this, we have come this far and now this will jeopardize it."
That was when James started becoming sorry, he wished he had dealt with the woman first in the morning then this would not have happened, if only he gave her money or worse threatened her, then he would have a reason to take her to court.
Alas he didn't know that was her plan all along, she seduced him and let them go to bed together only to find the evidence on the internet.
What's worse, now he didn't know where to find her.
"Uncle is there anything we can do to change the story?"
"The only way you will be able to make sure this news does not make you go down the hill is if you marry her, then we'll make the public think that you went out to celebrate with your fiancée, only then will there not be a big deal"
James was so surprised at this statement, he had come back to the country to have fun, getting married was the last of it because it will just limit some of his actions.
But he knew very well that his uncle was right, this was a critical time to be caught fooling around with beautiful ladies when he just announced to the world his identity.
Many people will misjudge him and not take him seriously, but if he could prove that she was his wife, then the matter would be solved.
He'll just announce that they went out to drink with his fiancé and got tired them spent the night at the hotel, it would be very believable.
He greeted his teeth and squeezed his fist to a ball, he was really angry and mad at this woman.
Didn't she want to take advantage of him? He'll make sure to provide the opportunity for her, he vowed to marry her and make her life as hell.

Downstairs in the lobby, a certain Jonathan came back with a big bag containing a lot of wine samples from Resber Wine house.
He was sent by the superior to check out some new samples of wine produced by a potential partner to see if it was worthy of being sold in Baron stores.
It had been a very successful meeting that the owner had given him three bags of their finest wines in case he would like to share with members of Baron enterprise before the deal is sealed.
Jonathan couldn't say no to a generous offer, he held the polyester bag and entered into the Baron building.
"Today will be the last time I will have to do a commoners job" he thought.
His father had promised him that his struggle as the marketing manager would soon be over as he would be taking his rightful place tomorrow when he'll be introduced as the Young Master of the Baton family, the one and only heir of the Baron enterprise.
Before now, it was his father's plan for him to work as a sales and marketing manager so that it would serve as a training ground for when he finally takes over the company.
At first he didn't want such a menial job, but his father persuaded him and he reluctantly agreed just for the sake of pleasing his father Mr. John Baron
That was why he was very surprised when he entered the company building and heard people enthusiastically talking about the new president of Baron Enterprise and how handsome he is.
At first, he thought the news had leaked out that the company would be handed over to him and was relaxed but then, he overhead some people talking.
"The president is not just handsome but he's so tall and very educated, I heard he went to school and studied business …".
Business? Jonathan doesn't remember going to Harvard to study business, he did study business admin but in a private school in the country, he had never even been abroad, something must be wrong he thought.
He approached the two people gossiping to find out any information they had.
"Manager Johnathan good afternoon"
They greeted him in uniform when he approached them.
"Hello Adele and Maya, what is it that you both are talking about? I am the pre… oh I meant is it true we have a new president?"
"Yes it's true sir, he is currently in his office, he's so dedicated that he even started working today, not only that, it is said that he is also getting married, such an accomplished man, oh Mr. Baron be really proud of his son"
"Oh is that so?" This can't be possible. He forced a smile on his face and excused himself.
Immediately after leaving their sight, he had a deadly look on his face as he hurried to the presidents office to see for himself.
