At that moment of certain death, Elliot felt no anger, fear, happiness, dread, joy, or peace. All he felt was an uncontrollable urge to laugh, as he had never laughed before. I mean, it's really hilarious, isn't it? He is doing all this, putting himself in danger time after time, and this time he even threw himself from a burning vehicle at a height of 30 meters, just because he was seeking safety. Now that he stopped to think about it, even Elliot himself didn't know what the hell was this safety that he so desperately wanted.

What the hell kind of necessary security was it that he needed to almost kill himself every time he left the house? Was he incredibly dumb for not getting easier solutions to his problems, or just too violent and aggressive to look for more peaceful solutions? Elliot didn't know, and didn't really care.

'After 6 years locked in a catatonic state, this month was really fun and painful, in many ways.' Elliot thought.
