Present day...
She was looking over the forest from the large mountain that overlooked it. It had been several thousand years since she had discovered her powers. Several thousand years before,she had gone to makeup with her sister. It had turned out she was an old women by then and had married Ben and had about 10 children with him. She was on her deathbed when she had came,she had apologized for driving her away. Those had been her last words.
She felt overwhelming guilt that made it hard to carry on with life. She was still grieving to this day. But she remained strong. Then a hand on her shoulder snapped her out of her thoughts. She whipped around and pointed her staff at the hooded figure,she could tell he was male,based on his figure.
Then he unhooded himself. He had platinum blonde hair and green eyes like blades of grass or a piece of emerald.He was very pale and had a dumb grin on his face.
"Who are you and what do you want?" She demanded.
"My name's Lycaon m'lady"He said,bowing dramatically. "And your Briar,queen of the north woods right?"
"Yeah,so?" She said aggressively.
"I just got bitten by a werewolf alpha,he died of sickness a few weeks later,so now I'm Alpha but I don't know a thing about this stuff. " He explained,scratching the back of his head.
"Well, a werewolf Alpha has to lead his pack well and care for them. They also have to protect their forest. Their individual powers,not including shapeshifting,enhanced senses and super strength, vary based on personality,yours are most likely gonna be super weird cause your super weird"She added.
He chuckled.
"Would you mind helping me test them out?"He asked.
"Yes!" She shouted.
"Oh so you will help me" He said smugly.
"No!Idiot!" She shouted angrily. He walked past her and somehow found her tree house.
"Wait,wait,you can't go in there,that's my house!"She shouted after him.
"I think I knew that already" He said. He was snooping around and she tugged on his cloak angrily to get him to stop. No matter how hard she tugged she couldn't get him too stop. She tried using her plants but they didn't work either.
"Get out!"She shouted. He turned around and actually looked serious.
"I'm sorry but I don't have anywhere else to go"He said. He seemed genuine.She wondered if his parents had kicked him out when they found out he was a werewolf.
".....Fine you can stay here until we figure out your powers but don't break anything or snoop around anymore or I will break your neck"She said,defeated. He gave her a gentle hug.
"Thanks" He said.
