Journee felt the heartbreak she just saw with her own eyes. Zion was too broken up by Candy's death. While the coroner was wheeling Candy inside the van, Zion kept bawling.
"He really had feelings for her?" asked Jack.
"Looks like that way," said Journee. "Get the CSU to process everything, I will meet you in the precinct."
"Okay," said Jack and he went inside.
Journee sighed and kept looking at Zion and Archer. Archer had his arms around Zion trying to console him. She closed her eyes and exhaled loudly. What was happening in her life? Why everywhere she saw, she found death?
Journee left for the precinct and soon Jack and Henry followed. As it was night, nothing could be done tonight. They would start the investigation in the morning. All Henry did was make sure that every evidence was logged properly and Jack made sure that he informed the families of Candy and her manager and they would come in the morning for identification.
