The words of a beautiful woman brought sweat to Lucas' brow, "Why does everyone here want to kill me?" His heart felt as if it would jump out of his chest for a second, he had to do something.
He looked around briefly and saw that he was tied with ropes around his body, but it wasn't just roped, these things came from the roots of the black-looking tree.
It reminded him of branches, but these things were much more flexible, like snakes coming out of their burrows, but without faces.
They moved, they could tense or release your body, and that was Lucas' main goal at the moment.
The squeezing pressure that made Lucas' blood boil and his eyes widen made him say some incredible words to the lady in front of him.
"Listen, busty lady, I'm not Izek." He narrowed his eyes, too afraid to look her in the face, then added, "But if you try to kill me, my dragon will burn you to ashes." Lucas thought that this threatening spell would be enough to escape this cruel woman.
"Dragons have no power here, Izek, and you know that all too well." She leaned closer to him.
"Yes they do, Kali can burn you alive." He was talking some nonsense again.
"You have the mana of Izek, but you aren't Izek." She replied.
When she came closer to Lucas' body, which was hanging in the air and held by black-looking vipers, he realised that this woman had ears that were pointed on the outside.
The inner part also had a fold of cartilage around the middle of the ear.
"Your ears are Spock!" Lucas exclaimed with excitement.
The woman moved her ears back and forth, it looked like she was nodding with them.
To Lucas, she reminded him of a cat that hears and observes sounds around it.
The woman stepped back from Lucas, moved her shoulders and head to the side, and retrieved her bow from her back.
A little sunshine blessed her hands and suddenly there was a magical-looking arrow in her palm.
She placed the arrow in the yellow bow, which was almost the colour of the sun, and aimed at something invisible.
*dudu* *dududu
Kali finally landed on the ground.
Haya jumped off the dragon in seconds and dropped onto the black fallen leaves with his perfectly balanced body.
The woman lowered her bow and the arrow turned into small sparks in her hand that disappeared within a second.
"Haya, what're you doing here?" She raised her brows in surprise.
Haya shook his trousers and finally took off his robe.
The short blond hair made him look like a celebrity, 'Brad Pitt,' Lucas gasped when he finally saw what this man looked like.
"Wait, your name is Haya?" Lucas spoke aloud as he tried to free his body from these tangles
It contracted again, pressing on his legs, making the blood gyrate faster, and Lucas' face turned even redder.
Haya again ignored Lucas's question and turned to the green-haired woman, "Please, release him." A new, gentle voice came out of Haya's mouth.
Lucas had never heard him speak so softly, in the hours he'd been able to observe him a little, Haya had been rude to him, 'what a strange character development just now.' Lucas sniffled in disappointment.
"Why should I? He's an interloper." A quick and cold reply came out of her mouth.
Lucas stared at her body, completely forgetting that Kali was standing right behind Haya and could see everything Lucas was doing.
This woman was barely wearing anything.
Her breasts were wrapped in a white tank top that had no special adornments. Her waist was bare and open for people to see and admire, and her bosom, which exceeded Lucas' expectations, was covered and tightened with a short white skirt.
She was barefoot, and had no sandals or shoes on, but it wasn't dirty or damaged at all. It looked cleaner and healthier than that of any other man in Lucas' world.
She pushed her bow back and added to her sentence from earlier, "Why are you here with a pink?"
When the green, busty lady mentioned pink, it was immediately clear to Lucas that she meant Kali, as there was no one else here in that colour.
"The pink dragon has a name, and it's Kali!" He shouted as he moved his shoulder to the side, trying to escape the pressure of the trangeling.
Both Haya and this woman looked at Lucas with annoyed faces.
"Please, release this idiot." Haya sighed.
"He's very annoying, do I really have to do this?" She stretched her neck.
"Sigh, we're here on a mission, please guide us to the city." Haya's tone was quiet and confident.
Meanwhile, Kali stood behind him without moving or saying a word, she was behaving well.
"How annoying." The green-haired woman raised her hand in the air and in seconds Lucas' body was thrown to the ground.
The fall wasn't long or painful but it did make Lucas' shoulder hit, "ouch," he used his arm to balance his body so he could get up.
He put his hand on his shoulder, thinking it might help ease his pain, and looked once more at these two people who were completely ignoring his existence.
'Do what you want.' He started to walk towards Kali.
"Hey, where are you guys going? Let's go!" Haya shouted at Lucas one more time.
"Go where?" Lucas's jaw clenched in annoyance, 'why is everyone here trying to boss me around or kill me?" he shook his head slightly.
"To the city of the elves." Haya's reply was stern.
Lucas walked closer to the east side where they stood, "Go faster!" Shouted Haya to him.
'Walk faster, you walk faster.' Murmured Lucas in his head.
He tightened his fist and was finally closer to Kali, "Hey, are you okay?" He asked her in a soft voice, and this was his character development without him realising it.
Kali just nodded.
"Come on," Haya spoke again in a harsh, mocking tone.
Lucas was finally with them when a green-haired woman asked them to step back.
She raised both hands in the air and with her moving fingertips began to speak, "The sacred gates of the city, open!"
In Lucas's eyes, she looked as if she were a holy priest preaching in church.
The air began to move, causing little hallucinations around them, when finally a huge, high gate opened, better seen with human eyes, "An invisible gate, how cool!' Lucas opened his mouth, and his stomach filled with an exciting feeling again, he felt a huge amount of energy flowing through his veins.
"That was entertaining."
The invisible opening sounded like an old iron being dragged across the floor, it wasn't loud but it made a squeaking noise
The moment Lucas refocused, he saw a different kind of colour that blessed his eyes.
This place had a pink sky and dark greenhouses that looked more modern than the ones he'd seen in Toburo village.
In the town, there was a large freshwater lake in the middle of a huge forest. Even some of the trees here in the city were still huge
If you approached the middle of the lake shore, you could see hundreds of elf children sliding down the slippery branches on sled-sized leaves.
You could hear shouting and laughing, and half-naked people were walking around going about their daily lives.
"Welcome to the city of elves."
