When they were at Singularity F, it was the blue-haired guy who had brought them here in search of SABER. According to him, this was the convergence point of Fuyuki's Spirit Veins and the location of the Holy Grail. Simply put, it was somewhat like a reactor for Magic Power... at least that was how Duanmu Huai understood it.
Duanmu Huai had no idea about the magical theories of this world, and Mash wasn't very proficient either. However, thankfully, they had Medea with them—this CASTER was the real deal.
