Chapter 278 - Death Plague

As soon as Severus left Max rubbed his temples for a while but then began to smile. 

He had an ace in the bag that could tip the scales of the war before the fight ever started, but his morals as a human being and as a light faction fighter discouraged him from using such despicable means to tackle his enemies, however, now that he had found that his enemies broke the bottom line themselves, he had no qualms about using it anymore. 

Since the enemy was colluding with dark faction shamans to spy and obtain information on the vampire camp, Max felt that his decision to unleash the death plaque on the enemy camp was definitely justified. 

In terms of sinisterness, it was definitely a sinister move that may end up taking lives of innocent civilians who would only be doing chores in the enemy fort, but like Severus reported, there were no ' Civilians ' amongst the Barbarian race as a whole as every last one of them was a damn fighter.
