Divine Sword Azrael was Lucifer's primary weapon before Rudra defeated him.
The sword was pitch black in colour and was considered to be indestructible.
It once housed the seed of darkness within and as far as strength went, it was as strong as any other divine weapon, meaning that it was truly the best that the controlled universe had to offer.
While Max had seen swords being shattered and broken before, the advantage of owning a divine weapon was it's unparalleled durability as nobody in the history of the universe had ever seen a divine weapon shatter.
Of Course this was until Max crossed weapons with Hercules as azrael in his arms snapped like a glass sword when Hercules began his assault with his spear.
