Chapter 54 - Chapter 44: Ahbiilok, the Dragon of Morrowind part 2

He urged Rael onward, weaving through the trees, using the foliage to obscure their path. The woodland came alive with the sound of battle as the Bosmer, the Wood Elves, answered the call of their ancient bonds and attacked the invading dragon.

Their arrows rained down like a storm, peppering Ahbiilok's scales. The dragon roared, his fiery breath scorching the trees as he sought to destroy the pesky archers. Sivreth took advantage of the distraction, slipping away from the chaos and into the heart of the forest. He knew the Bosmer would do their best to harass the creature, buying him time.

Ahbiilok, enraged by the sudden change in terrain and the relentless assault, thrashed through the trees, his wings beating a fiery path behind him. The ground trembled as the dragon pursued, his eyes never leaving Sivreth's form. The Falmer could feel the dragon's breath on his neck, the heat of it burning his very soul.

But Sivreth had a plan, a desperate gamble that might just turn the tide of the battle. He had studied the ancient tomes, the forbidden knowledge that spoke of the power of the Skeleton Key. With a flick of his wrist, he opened another portal, this one a swirling vortex of shadow and light. "Ahbiilok!" he shouted, taunting the dragon. "Follow me into the marshes of Argonia if you've the guts too, if you dont then its no wonder how a simple human mage defeated you all those years ago.!"

The dragon's fiery gaze met Sivreth's, and with a roar that could shake the very stars, Ahbiilok dove into the portal. The Falmer's heart raced as he leaped through the portal with Rael right behind him. They emerged in the murky waters of the Black Marsh, the air thick with the stench of decay and the croaks of unseen creatures. Ahbiilok stumbled, his fiery form hissing as it made contact with the water. Sivreth had anticipated this, the ash wasteland of Morrowind was a stark contrast to the wetlands of Argonia, and the dragon's injuries would only be exacerbated here.

The Argonians, the lizard-like natives of the marsh, were notorious for their strength and resilience. Sivreth had hoped they would be an unexpected ally, but as the dragon plunged through the portal, their eyes grew wide with terror and anger. They had suffered enough at the hands of outsiders, and a dragon was not a welcome sight. With a shout, they charged forth, their spears and bows at the ready.

Sivreth himself didn't stand idle as he too was apart of this battle. He summoned his bow from his rung, his bow with an Enchantment the equivalent of Aimbot and can hit its target with pinpoint accuracy and has tracking arrows that will curve in the air to hit the target. He used the two of these to support the Argonians from the rear.

Ahbiilok was weakening, the combined might of the Falmer, his Senche-Raht, the Argonian warriors, and the power of the Skeleton Key had taken its toll on the ancient creature. But the dragon was not beaten yet. With a roar that could shake the very foundation of the marshlands, Ahbiilok took to the skies, his wings beating a fiery path through the air.

The battle had drawn the attention of the entire Argonian village, and as the dragon ascended, they watched in awe and terror. Sivreth knew he had to keep moving, keep pushing the dragon further from the safety of its volcanic home. He turned to the chieftain of the Argonians, who had approached him during the fight, their eyes full of respect and fear.

"Take your people and leave this place," Sivreth said urgently. "Ahbiilok will not stop until he's killed or driven far from here."

The chieftain nodded gravely and called out to his people. The Argonians retreated into the marshes, their eyes never leaving the dragon that had brought fire and fury to their lands. Sivreth knew he had to keep the creature off balance, to prevent it from focusing its full wrath on the villagers. He opened yet another portal, this time to the gleaming spires of the Crystal Tower in the Summerset Isles.

Ahbiilok, disoriented by the sudden change in environments, followed Sivreth through the swirling gateway. As foolish as it might be, but Ahbiilok's rage cliuded his jedgement. What was ince a summoning of his name to be a challenge of his pride, now turned into a quest of revenge and ge wouldnt stop until the Snow Elf boy is dead and burt to ashes by his flames. The tower's guards, the Crystal-Like Custodians, immediately engaged the dragon, their gleaming forms clashing against the fiery beast. The Falmer took advantage of the confusion, sprinting to the top of the nearest spire, his heart racing with anticipation and fear.

The Crystal Tower was a bastion of knowledge and power, a place where the most ancient and forbidden tomes were kept. Sivreth had hoped that the sudden change in altitude and the presence of the Custodians would give him an advantage, but Ahbiilok's rage knew no bounds. The dragon's fiery breath incinerated the crystalline structures, the sound of shattering glass echoing through the chamber.

"Motherfucker at least let me steel some books while you go kill some Thalmor bastard Elves!"

The dragon's roar shook the very foundation of the Crystal Tower as Sivreth and Rael emerged from the shadows of the portal. The Falmer had hoped to use the ancient texts within the library as a means to strengthen his own power, but there was no time for that now. Ahbiilok was in agony, his scales charred and smoking from the lightning bolt. Sivreth knew he had to act fast before the dragon could recover.

With a swift motion, he sent his ice spear hurtling through the air, aiming for the dragon's eye. The cold steel pierced the flesh, and Ahbiilok's roar grew even louder as the pain shot through his body. Sivreth didn't wait to see the full extent of the damage, instead, he called forth another of his traps, a swarm of spectral bats, that can be instantly summoned from a metalic cube he had created, that had been waiting for their moment. They descended upon the dragon, biting and clawing at his face, obscuring his vision and adding to his fury.

The dragon thrashed about, knocking over bookshelves and sending ancient tomes flying. The sheer power of his movements caused the floor beneath them to crack, and Sivreth felt a moment of panic as he realized that if they didn't end this soon, the entire tower could collapse. While he didn't mind it as it would kill many Thalmor agents and High Elves, only the Thamor were bad amongst the Highel Elf race and many children and fanilies could die as a result of his actions of bringing Ahbiilok to this place. He had to think fast, to adapt his strategy to the unpredictable nature of the battle.

As Ahbiilok stumbled, momentarily blinded by the spectral bats, Sivreth saw his chance. He dashed forward, his enchanted spear gleaming with frost. With all his strength, he thrust it into the dragon's chest, the point piercing the weakened scales. The dragon bellowed, a sound that seemed to shake the very fabric of the world around them.

The Falmer felt the heat from the dragon's blood scald his hand, but he didn't flinch. He knew he had to push deeper, to strike a vital organ, to bring the creature down. Ahbiilok's thrashing grew more erratic, his movements less coordinated. Sivreth clung to the spear, using his weight to keep it lodged in the beast's flesh as Rael danced around the dragon's legs, avoiding the deadly claws.

But a direct hit sent Sivreth hurling across the room as he groaned in pain. A single direct hit was all it took to leave him in this state.

He didn't waste a chance and took out the Skeleton Key again and opened a portal in front of him. Ahbiilok was naive to think he could finish Sivreth as easily as that, and as a result a portal was opened up within the air before Sivreth and Ahbiilok, the Dragon had lunged its body directly into the 2 way portal.

Sivreth drank a healing potion and quickly followed with Rael.

Sivreth hoped that the Dunmer mage beyond the portal wouldn't be mad at him for bringing a dragon into his home.

Ahbiilok stumbled into the vast library of Divayth Fyr, his body smoking and scales broken. The ancient Dunmer looked up from his work, his eyes narrowing at the intrusion. Without a second thought, he raised his staff and unleashed a bolt of lightning that struck the dragon's chest. The scales sizzled and cracked, leaving the flesh beneath exposed and raw. Ahbiilok roared, a sound that seemed to echo through every dusty corridor of the library.

Sivreth, not missing a beat, leaped through the portal after the dragon. He landed gracefully, despite his injuries, and took in the scene before him. The library was a testament to the power and knowledge of the Dunmer, with books and artifacts lining the walls and floating on shelves. The very air was charged with magic, and he could feel it prickling against his skin.

Ahbiilok was on the ground, writhing in pain from the lightning that had struck him. Sivreth took a moment to appreciate the sight of the once mighty creature brought low before rushing to the dragon's side. He knew this was his chance to deliver the final blow.

But as he approached, Ahbiilok's eyes snapped open, revealing an unnerving intelligence. "You think you've won, little elf?" the dragon hissed through clenched teeth. Sivreth paused, his hand hovering over the Skeleton Key. He had not anticipated the dragon speaking to him, and the thought sent a shiver down his spine.

Ahbiilok's body convulsed, and suddenly, with a burst of power that belied his injuries, the dragon took to the air once more. Sivreth's eyes went wide, and he dove out of the way as the creature crashed through the library, knocking over shelves and sending books flying. Divayth Fyr watched with a mix of amusement and concern, his hand still poised to cast another spell.

"You've made a powerful enemy, Falmer," Fyr said, his voice echoing in the now-quiet room. Sivreth shivered at the words of a God level mage uttering such a sentenceand hoped it wasnt directed for him specificall."But perhaps a more powerful ally."

Sivreth nodded, his eyes still on the fading portal. He knew the dragon was still out there, waiting for another opportunity to strike. "I will not forget your aid," he promised, his voice tight with determination.

"Umm...I'm sorry master Fyr, I hope we meet under better circumstances, I am a huge admirer of you and look forward to when we can actually talk. First I need to deal with this dragon." Sivreth said as he jumped through after Ahbiilok.

Divayth Fyr smiled and lightly chuckled to himself. "The boat's clever bringing a opponent like a Dragon here just to force my hand and weaken it for him. No wonder he has caused so much trouble for the world already. Your Fate and Destiny will leave a lasting impact on the world boy, be ready for its challenges." Divayth Fyr knew he had already left and was just talking to himself but he was still amused by Sivreth's plan.

Sivreth drank down many Potions, all lf which would enhance his magical rowers by over 500% it was currently. It was still nothing since he was still young, but for someone that was about to attack a dragon that was this heavily injured and with 500% increased power, it was enough.

The strain on his body increased as the Potions effects took hold, but all of these vials were made using the various notes on Alchemy and the White Phial from the Grimoire that Sivreth had treasured greatly.

He knew he had to end this now before Ahbiilok could recover fully. He summoned a blizzard around himself, his eyes burning with a cold determination that matched the frosty air. The dragon, still in midair, turned to face him, its breaths labored and its movements sluggish. Sivreth could see the fear in the creature's eyes, the understanding that it had underestimated the Falmer.

Ahbiilok roared, a sound that seemed to shake the very fabric of the wasteland they were in., and charged at Sivreth. The Falmer held his ground, his enchanted spear glowing with a bluish light that pierced the swirling snowstorm. As the dragon approached, Sivreth could see the hunger in its gaze, the desire to end this pesky annoyance once and for all.

Sivreth's heart raced as he focused his energy into the spear. He had to time this perfectly; one wrong move and it would all be over. As Ahbiilok drew near, the Falmer leaped into the air, the potions giving him a burst of speed and power that was beyond his natural capabilities. He brought the spear down with all his might, aiming for the dragon's unguarded throat.

Just as the dragon was about to devour Sivreth whole, the Elf child had created a pair of wings made if ice on his back and nimbly swerved in the air, stabbing the exposed throat of Ahbiilok, which was now devoid of any scales and protection.

The dragon roared as it plummeted towards the ground, but Sivreth was finished as he used his 500% increase in his magical abilities to channel as much mana as possible into the spear he held, he ripped the spear from Ahbiilok's throat as he flew in the air watching its crashing figure.

Sivreth swung the spear in arc like motions as it sent multiple arcs of frost energies condensed of mana towards the dragon, each one didn't cause slash wounds as the dragon was still too durable for direct harm with magic, all his attacks did was to further cause blunt damage and impact the whole of Ahbiilok's battered and beaten form.

Sivreth slowly descended down and landed on the ground before the dragon's head.

It's breath laboured but still breathing, still alive...

But as Ahbiilok thought he would meet his end by the hands if the Elf boy he was amused by his neck words.

"Submit....or die Ahbiilok..."

I'm so sad about that man, I loved that game, but cool thing is all content in the game is basically for free as it all costs 1 gold coin now. So u cab get everything in the game easily even the DLC story quests which happens at the same time as TES Skyrim and which I will include in the plot.

I am sorry for my long absence and hope you all are still reading along as now I can finally make a genuine proper return to this story since I found my notes and can continue along its intended path! Cya soon!
