Chapter 70: General Wang's Rage.
Back in the elemental city, general wang sat down with the human leaders from those of small communities to governors of huge states .
They were all present. General Wang came with trained elemental professionals and soldiers, she held a token as a representative of the Emperor as she sat in the meeting.
It has been going on for an hour and yet it was filled with unnecessary arguments, and instead of the pressing issues to be addressed, the humans were busy discussing issues of border and raw material transport, it was getting out of hand.
Suddenly General Wang stood up from where she sat, she stamped her feet and the ground around a man's feet perfectly cut up in a circle that contained his entire body and pushed him upward and came crashing down, and by the time he landed, his head was smashed in, his body was heavily injured, he died immediately.
He was the man that was always taking the matter off-topic, General Suzie Wang had noticed him and didn't react until she couldn't take it anymore, she immediately acted to establish her authority.
There was silence in the hall, The elementals present were smiling but didn't utter a word, they knew her temper, even they would not be spared if they hindered her from making her statement clear,
She then spoke when she noticed everyone was paying attention, "My school was attacked and some of my top students died, I need the humans to fish out the skeleton organization for me otherwise every single human head here would roll," she said, pointing around from one head to another.
The voice was said in a cool tone but the threat was not to be underestimated. Some of them gulped in fear,
'This woman is obviously crazy, to show her power right here where the humans were gathered isn't she afraid of a war starting?'
A human general thought within himself and then got up from one of the honored seats in the front,
He was a five-star general from the number of stars on his uniform. He had an aura of extreme confidence as he stood up and faced General Wang, his eyes were burning with anger.
As he raised his fist, about 16 soldiers flanked him, 8 on each side as they pointed rifles at
General Wang.
"How dare you kill a human in a human-elemental summit, have you no regard for the authority of the human world. Since you've decided not to stay your hand, you will not leave this place alive" the general barked in anger.
The people could read between the lines they knew this was going out of hand and if this continued, a war between elementary and humans might break off soon.
There were reporters and cameras everywhere in the summit, both from the side of the elementals and also from the side of the humans.
Stan Lee, the top elemental reporter was there, he hadn't spoken a word, but he could feel the tension rising as he captured the whole scene.
"Kill her" the commander shouted, the soldiers flanking him didn't hesitate either as they pumped their bullets in her direction.
Being level 5 elemental, General Suzie Wang had honed her skills to an amazing degree. She now had a little bit of control over gravity and could control or lift large areas of landmass, she could manipulate the substances within the soil to her liking, her abilities far surpassed what they were five years ago.
Ever since she broke through to level 5, a sizeable number of elements had also broken through, some of which were present in the meeting.
General Suzie raised her fist and a thick wall suddenly shot up in front of her, the speeding bullet slowed down as they moved.
The gravity pull on them increased as they got nearer to her the bullets just arranged themselves in the wall she had erected and stopped there.
Everyone was stunned even the general was shocked as he looked at her with fear sipping into him, but he didn't let his fear overcome his confidence, he simply brought out a laser beam attached device and directed it at the wall.
The wall crumbled within seconds and the laser
slammed against General Suzie Wang's thick leather, but couldn't penetrate.
"My turn" General Suzie Wang barked.
Immediately pieces of the ground shot out from underneath the soldiers, it swallowed them wholly without giving them room to escape.
They died from suffocation and every one of them became buried underneath, the whole area returned to how it was initially, if someone were to look at it, they probably would think the
16 soldiers were never there, to begin with.
Part of the earth fused with the human general's feet, holding him in place. He was stuck completely.
His hands were stiff as the pieces of earth moved as if they had gained sentience, restraining him on the spot. He struggled but no avail.
General Suzie Wang then moved to where he stood, every step could be heard across the hall it reverberated as if a multitude of animals were creating a stampede.
When she finally got in front of the general, she raised her hand, and a large piece of earth mold formed on it, she punched at the general's head, shattering it into pieces. The general died on the spot, headless.
She turned and walked back.
"Does anyone else want to challenge me?" the voice was domineering, the sound echoed throughout the hall, humans, and elementals alike were shocked to the core.
Stan Lee was grinning wildly, he couldn't control his delight as he focused his camera on General Wang, "that is my general" he said in his heart.
"l will give the human leaders two days to send the location of these rats called skeleton to me, if that isn't done, the whole continent will feel the extent of my rage" General Suzie Wang spoke angrily as her voice echoed throughout the halls, she then turned around and walked out of the hall, like nothing had happened.
Not a single person moved, they were all rooted to the spot, both humans and elementals alike were watching the entire scene unfold.
The other human generals were so shocked, they didn't dare interfere, seeing how general Wang made an open spectacle of their respected 5-star general, the others could only watch in dismay.
"She is so powerful" those words echoed in the minds of all the people present as they filtered through the entire scene.
