Love in the air
Two weeks later
Louis won the online dating competition with Becca. They can be seen in a famous Restaurant which Becca insisted on.
Louis: I can stare at you all day, you look more than beautiful
Becca: Tell me about yourself
Louis: About myself?
Becca: Your likes, dislikes, family, everything
Louis: Oh okay, I'm seventeen soon to be eighteen, exactly a month after you turn seventeen. (Becca looks at him angrily)
I shouldn't have said that?
I'm sorry, I just…. Anyways, I'm an only child but not for long, my mom has been talking of adopting a teen daughter. She says she wants a girl to talk girls stuff with.
My mom's French as you know and my dad's American.
Becca: Do you speak French?
Louis: Only the easiest ones.

Becca: Your hobby is football only?
Louis: And, tap dancing.
It's more like my secret shame, not a hobby but I dance it almost anytime I'm bored.

Becca: What are your likes and dislikes?
Louis: I like sports, which is obvious as a student of Royal high, I like macaroni and cheese, and I like watching romcoms.
Becca: Wow, exactly what I like too, Macaroni and cheese, romcom, sports.
What are your dislikes?
Louis: Talkatives, Cats and dogs but I like puppies. Which people say makes me weird, you know, liking puppies and hating dogs.
Becca: You're like my twinnie.
I love puppies but hate dogs too and I hate cats and talkative people.
Louis: Wow, we have a lot of similarities.

Louis: And sniff. (Becca laughs and Louis joins)
Becca: I never knew that the quiet and always minding his own business Louis is this interesting.
Louis: Like me already?
Becca: (laughs) Don't get your hopes high.
Louis: At least I got my dreams intact and I can make them go as high as I want

At Antoine's apartment
Sasha couldn't make it to Antoine's house the day before because she had some things to handle.
She however comes to visit today. She knocks on the door.
Antoine : Who's there? I'm coming (About to go open the door but his mother told him that she will get it)
Antoine's mother: (Opens the door) Why, who do we have here?
Sasha: Good afternoon ma'am, I'm Sasha…
Antoine's mother: Sasha, the girl who Antoine couldn't stop talking about!
You look even more pretty than he described.
Come in girl! (Sasha goes in)
Sasha: (To herself) Her accent is even stronger than Antoine's.
Antoine's mother: Antoine come to the sitting, your girlfriend is here.

(Antoine enters)
Antoine : I was supposed to introduce you to her, Mama.
Antoine's mother: Your luck.
I love her already. When are you guys getting married?
Sasha: (Laughs uneasily)
Antoine : We aren't done with high school, haven't entered college, either.
Antoine's mother: You will be done with high school next year.
Didn't you say that?
Antoine : Yes, Royal high school ends at grade 10.
Antoine's mother: Which is equivalent to grade 12 back home.
So you have, five years to get married
Antoine : You are making her get nervous!
Let's leave here baby, I wanna take you to a park close by.
Antoine's mother: I want to go too
Antoine : You're not inclusive.
Antoine's mother: (Pouts) Fine!
But come back later, I want to prepare a special French delicacy for my daughter
Antoine : We will be back.
Let's go babe
Sasha: See you later, ma'am
Antoine's mother: Next time, call me mother.
(They leave)
At the Park
Antoine : I'm sorry about my mother being all that
Sasha: No, it's fine.
I'm glad she likes me
Antoine : Of course. Her baby boy is in love with a very beautiful and funny, crazy girl
Sasha: Hey, the crazy part is our secret.
(They laugh)
Let's do the swing. (They go to the swing)
Antoine : You know, I'm kind of different being with you.
I mean, I have changed.
I am usually all by myself and I didn't like girls, at all.
Until I met you and fell head over heels in love with you, then loneliness left and I no longer thinked about myself alone, a future alone but with you in it.

Antoine : Thank you my personal teacher.
Sasha: You know, you should start teaching me French too
Antoine : We will be each other's personal teacher then.
Sasha: Yes.
Antoine : I am happy we know everything about each other already.

Sasha: And you haven't met mine either.
There's something I wanna tell you Antoine, I am not all good, I led a pretty bad life before you came.
I bullied a lot, and had different boyfriends which I slept with.
I was disvirgined by my bigger cousin who is now married and have a daughter too
Antoine : Incest? How can a boy do that to his own blood?
Sasha: She's a girl. We were just experimenting ourselves then, after watching some rated film.

My Parents were never aware. (Closes her eyes in pains)
When my cousin left for college, I changed, I decided that I will never be a lesbian again.
But last two years, when Dad left mom and me to some college girl, I started dating and even turned to a sex addict.
Mom couldn't help, didn't know and still doesn't know. She has been depressed, away with drugs and didn't notice anything about my life outside.
But I got these two friends who were always by my side, Bella and Arielle. They never left me even though I was bitchy and called Queen Bee.
Arielle always tried to change me, she always believed that one day, I will change.
And now, I have changed, surprisingly but satisfactorily.
Just a girl picking the broken pieces of myself and trying to make them whole and new. (Opens her eyes)
Antoine : Wow
Sasha: I know you wouldn't want a life in the future with me again but at least I told you now.
Antoine : I'm glad you told me Sash, it makes me happy because it means you love me and don't want to fool me or hold anything against me.
You don't want to lose me but you also don't want to hold me back with lies.
(Holds her hands affectionately) Who cares about the past anyways, it's the past and let it remain like that.

Sasha: (Smiles happily) I love you
Antoine : I love you more sweetheart.
