Eve's POV.
'That fucking piece of shit. Why is he always trying to get at me. Like leave me alone you creep.' I drunkenly thought to myself as I cursed him out loud.
I wobbly held onto Zach for support so I wouldn't fall over.
"Wha-what did you just say to me." James was bewildered and almost looked pissed off.
However, drunk me was a lot bolder than I might have liked to admit so I didn't back down and instead stood my ground. Well, I used Zach's less dunk body as support as I stood up straight.
"I said FUCK OFF JAMES!" I yelled even louder at James just to make sure that he got the point that I was fucking tired of his shit.
Everyone that was close enough to hear me scream stopped dancing and turned towards me. Some were curious busy bodies and others were just looking but not wanting to get involved.
James was silent for a little bit but then suddenly spoke out loud.
"How fucking dare, you. You Bitch!" he yelled at me.
Anyone who wasn't really paying attention at that point was now fully invested into our argument, some took out their phones and started recording.
'Just fucking great.' I thought.
Rose who was silent all this time seemed to finally snap, she let go of Mike and walked up to James. It took her longer than I expected.
"Oi fucktard who do you think you are to call my best friend a bitch. You are the one that has been stalking her, a married woman all over town." She drunkenly slurred, but still got her point across.
Everyone who was paying attention gasped and started to murmur amongst themselves. the tide was turning to my favor.
Not that I was ever worried about these people's opinions.
"What no way."
"Tch pervert."
"Scumbag."
"I don't feel safe around that man."
The group whispered harsh words toward James and though I should have felt bad for him, however drunk me did not give a fuck anymore about this man at all.
"Leave. Me. Alone. Forever." I said with a harsher tone than was probably necessary, however I didn't care at all, I just wanted him gone from my life.
He was left standing there speechless, like a deer in headlights.
I took the opportunity to leave while he was lost in his thoughts and took Zach's hand leaving. walking out the exit.
Rose and Mike followed along behind us; Rose looked shocked but also happy that I stood up for myself.
We made it outside without any more problems and I thought all was good that was when James and his bodyguards came barreling out of the club. Looking extremely angry.
"Stop! You piece of shit think you can embarrass me and just walk away!" James bellowed at the top of his lungs.
His voice carried far since we were outside now.
I was furious that he still wanted to fight and think that he had some sort of claim over me. Once again, I was about to say something however James startled everyone and threw a punch at me.
I clenched my fists and closed my eyes waiting for the impact that never came. Hesitantly I opened my eyes to see Zach standing in front of me with James' fist caught in his hand.
I had never seen Zach so angry before. It even terrified me.
"Get in the car." He looked towards Rose and I, not taking no for an answer.
We didn't waste any time and went to our car.
