Kain walking with McCormick at his side with Esmeralda walking behind them walked back to where they had parked the car the previous day on their arrival. The car was dusty when they saw it and it was very filthy. McCormick saw it and his countenance darkened. Kain noticed it and reached into his pockets for his phone.
"What are you trying to do?" Esmeralda asked when she noticed that he and McCormick hadn't taken a step towards the car.
"Well, you can see as well I can. So I needn't tell you that the car is dirty" Kain said and Esmeralda shook her head with a smile.
"But you just told me what you needn't tell me, how absurd" She commented and McCormick turned to look at her with a raised brow.
"That does not interest me right now. I am calling Zukor to get a new car here and then later come back for this one" Kain said.
