It was happening again.My heart was really. heavy and i couldnt breath this was worse than my previous attack.I tried snapping my fingers as i counted 100 backwards I knew how to keep my anxiety but today it just hit hard .

So i lost my younger bro to a very serious chronic disease since mom wasn't around most of the time i mostly took care of Xander ok so one day as i was giving him his medicine i suddenly had the urge to take day by day i took one the all over sudden he died that was the worst time of my life after we buried him we got back home and since he left behind so many of those antibiotics i snuck them to my room and thats how i became an addict.
Mom realized that and took me to a psychiatric hospital i stayed there for almost 2 month and now am out ready to go back to school.
