Morsh saw through the window and saw a young man with blonde hair standing in front of the cloths shop,
The young man shouted,
"I am the silver rank adventurer Henry, come out of the shop with hands up in the air and you might be able to survive "
Morsh summoned the mercenary branch head and signaled him to deal with the adventurer,
Henry saw a black figure appearing with a greatsword in his hand from the shop and said,
"Drop your weapon and I might show you mercy"
The black figure didn't stop and was getting close to Henry,
Henry unsheathed his sword and said,
"Now I will kill you "

Before Henry could attack the black figure attacked with lighting speed,
Henry's hand from which he was carrying the sword dropped on the floor,
Henry couldn't process what happened for few seconds, after few seconds the pain from his hand cut down came and Henry fell on the floor shouting in pain,
The people in nearby houses started waking up due to the shouts of Henry,
Morsh released some dark energy and Henry was engulfed in dark energy and his soul was absorbed and Morsh said,
"He was too loud, the people nearby started to wake up"
Morsh then called back all the dark soldiers,
In couple of seconds all the dark soldiers arrived with coins and other valuables wrapped in cloths,
Morsh put the coins and other valuables in his space and dismissed the summons,
Morsh said,
"It's time to get out of this place before the people nearby arrive"
Morsh then leaped off from the shop with his full speed and soon arrived at his room in the inn,
"That was quite a work and it's just midnight... what am I supposed to do now... I can't even sleep"
Morsh thought for a moment and said,
"Pete also need to get stronger for him to able to survive for a year"
"Hmm... well not my problem "
The news of the mercenary guild was spread throughout the village and the villagers and adventurers were rushing toward the mercenary guild,
There was a huge commotion and as some were terrified by the scene and some even fainted,
Morsh could hear the commotion outside,
"Looks like everyone in the village found out about it... I should head there as well "
Morsh then came down from his room to reception and saw the old man and teenage girl sitting with him behind the reception and Morsh asked the old man,
"Old man what's with the commotion outside "
The old man and the girl looked toward Morsh, and the old man said,
"Something happened at the mercenary guild "
Morsh asked,
"What happened.? "
The old man looked at the young girl signaling that he can't say it in front of her,
Morsh noticed this and said,
"I will go and find out myself then "
The old man nodded and Morsh got out of inn and saw some villagers were pacing to the direction of mercenary guild,
Morsh said,
"Stop "
A middle aged man stopped and looked toward Morsh and said,
"What is it "
Morsh said,
"Where are you going so hurriedly "
The villager said,
"We are heading toward the mercenary guild "
Morsh said,
"Why "
The villager said,
"We heard all the mercenaries were killed "
The villager then started running toward the mercenary guild,
Morsh thought,
'Hmm... so they don't know about the market yet'
Morsh then headed toward the mercenary guild with the villagers,
When he reached near the mercenary guild, he saw a swarm of people surrounding the mercenary guild and guards were keeping the villagers at bay,
A guard shouted,
"Everyone go back to your homes and lock your windows and doors and don't open for anyone until morning"
The villagers showed no reaction and were trying to see inside the mercenary guild,
Morsh thought,
'These villagers don't even care about their family... should I go visit their family, I am sure there will be some Childrens there'
Morsh turned to go toward the houses, but as he turned, he saw many armed adventurers coming toward the mercenary guild,
'So, adventurer's arrived'
The adventurers stopped in front of the villagers and a muscular tall guy shouted,
"I am Jack, the branch head of the adventurer guild, and I request the villagers to go back to your houses as the killers might evade your houses "
When villagers heard that their homes are in danger they ran off to their houses and only Morsh left there standing,
Jack looked at Morsh and said,
"Why are you not leaving kid "
Morsh said,
"I am an adventurer too, and I don't have a house in this town "
Jack said,
"But I have never seen you in the guild "
Morsh said,
"I just registered today "
Jack looked at Morsh and thought,
'His build is of a swordsman, and I guess he is atleast third-rate warrior '
Jack said,
"Come see me tomorrow in my office... you are just iron rank now so you will be hindrance so head back"
Morsh nodded and started walking toward the direction of inn while thinking,
'The branch head is atleast second-rate warrior, same as the mercenary branch head'
Morsh then came back to his room at inn and sat down on his bed and said,
"It's boring now... "
Morsh said inwardly,
'Next time I will hunt one by one '
Morsh then opened his storage space and started counting the coins,
After finishing the coin counting, he started counting other things in his inventory,
He finished counting when the sun rose and closed the storage space and said inwardly,
'I have 607 gold, 1620 silver and 2056 copper coins and some Jewlery, as for the weapons I have 60 one handed swords, 10 bows and 78 daggers and 8 greatswords and most of them are of high-quality weapons'
Morsh looked outside from the window and saw an unusual number of peoples and most of them carrying weapons,
"Why are there so many armed people, it's Pete turn so I guess he will have to find out "
After half an hour Pete took over,
Pete was still depressed when he took over,
Morsh said,
"Hey why are you so depressed "
Pete started crying again and said,
"I killed and did something bad to a little girl... I am a hero, how can I do this "
Morsh said,
"You are right "
Pete became further depressed when he heard this and started crying more and more,
Morsh thought,
'Do I have to motivate him... this is giving me a headache '
Morsh then said,
"You are a hero, and this world needs you... you just need to get stronger and control your power "
Pete calmed down a little when he heard this and said,
"Yes, you are right... but what I did to a little girl is unforgivable "
Morsh smiled sinisterly and said,
"You did nothing to a little girl "
Pete was shocked and confused when he heard this and said,
"What do you mean by I didn't do anything to a little girl "
Morsh was still smiling sinisterly and said,
"That was boy dressed up as a girl "
Pete went blank when he heard this and after some seconds he started vomiting,
Morsh said,
"I am sorry I shouldn't have told you this "
Morsh stopped talking and after couple of minutes when Pete calmed down, Morsh said,
"The adventurer's branch head called you to meet him in his office "
Pete asked with confusion,
"When did he called for me "
Morsh said,
"There was a huge commotion last night in mercenary guild, and I went there to see what's going on and that's when he saw me and told me to meet him tomorrow"
Pete said,
"Didn't he tell you why he wants to meet me "
Morsh said,
"No, he just said to meet him in the adventure's guild "
Pete calmed down and bathed, then he dressed up and got down to the reception area of the inn,
The old man was standing there at the front desk and when he saw Pete coming down, he said,
"Would you like to have breakfast "
Pete nodded and sat on a table in a corner,
After couple of minutes the young girl arrived with his food,
Pete ate and left the inn and headed toward the adventurer's guild,
When he reached market, he was surprised to see crying shopkeepers and guards taking their statements,
He approached a guard and said,
"Umm.,, Mr. guard what's happening here "
The guard looked at Pete and said,
"The shops were robbed last night "
Pete was surprised when he heard this and said,
"But I heard something happened at mercenary guild "
The guard said,
"Yes, some force killed a lot of mercenaries yesterday"
"And when we were busy there, someone robbed these stores "
Morsh said,
"Hmm... It must have happened when I went to see what's going on in mercenary guild "
Pete then kept walking toward the Adventurer's guild,
After couple of minutes of walking, he reached the adventurer's guild,
Pete entered the adventurer's guild and saw that the guild was filled with adventurers,
Pete then saw Ruby at the front desk and headed toward her,
Ruby was busy with documents,
Pete stopped in front of Ruby and asked,
"Ruby, where is branch head's office "
Ruby looked up and saw Pete standing there and said,
"Why do you want to know about branch head's office "
Pete said,
"The branch head told me to meet him today"
Ruby asked,
"When did you meet the branch head "
Pete said,
"I met him last night and he told me to meet him today "
Ruby said,
"Ok wait here I will go inform him "
Pete nodded and stood at the side,
A group of adventurers were walking from the front of Pete,
The group has 4 adventurers, two good looking guys and a tall muscular guy and a girl,
The guy in the middle looked at Pete and saw his iron rank badge and stopped in front of Pete and said,
"Oh... a new face"
Pete said,
"Yes, I am new, I just registered yesterday "
The group started laughing and the leader of the group said,
"Then why are you not bowing your head to your seniors "
Morsh said,
"They are picking on you, punch that bastard in face "
Pete said,
"No, I can't punch him "
The leader of the group said,
"Did I just hear you are going to punch me "
Pete nervously said,
"No sir, I just have a habit of talking to myself"
The group started laughinng and the leader said,
"You think you are funny "
Pete said,
"No sir I don't think I am funny"
The group laughed even more, and the leader of the group was getting angrier as the time passes, he then said,
"You don't let me see your face outside the guild, otherwise I will kill you "
Then he turned to his subordinates, and they stopped laughing and he said,
"Let's go "
They all started walking toward the exit,
Morsh said inwardly,
'You idiots don't let me find you, this is my body too '
Rosy came and said,
"The branch head is waiting for you, follow me "
Pete nodded and followed Rosy,
Rosy stopped in front of the door and said,
"This is the branch head's office, I have work so I will be leaving"
Pete nodded and Ruby left,
Pete took a long breath and opened the door,
A sword slash came out of nowhere when he entered the room and he barely dodged to the side,
Pete heard a voice,
"You tried so hard to hide but you are exposed now "
