Cyril did not come. Princess Adel felt like going to her father's room and then "borrowing" Cyril. However, it would be embarrassing to suddenly show up and do something she had never done before.
"I should have said something nice the last time I saw him," Princess Adel finally complained.
Princess Adel turned her head when she heard a knock at the door. She saw her assigned maid standing in the hall to acknowledge Cyril's arrival. Notes: When Cyril came.
"What is it?" asked Princess Adel unhappily.
"Baron Cyril of Liechtenstein is here, Princess. He's waiting for permission to come in!"
Princess Adel's eyes widened in disbelief. She rushed to her tea table and arranged herself to sit gracefully. "Send him in!" she ordered the maid who reported.
The maid went back out. Soon she entered, followed by Cyril.
