Narrator Point of View
Rikito was sitting in his room pondering, thinking about Steph's well being and mental state. Although he had never had any real friends he could tell that Steph was a genuine person and meant well, seeing this side of him however made Rikito feel somewhat uncomfortable.
"What if he'd lash out on me as he did with them?"
"Would he do it again?"
These thoughts had flooded into Rikito's mind endlessly. Then a sudden knock occurred on his room door. Rikito quickly jumped out of his bed and leaped to the door.
"Was it Steph," he thought clutching the handle. Surprisingly it wasn't Steph but Sarah.
"Hey Rikito, I heard you got into a scuffle earlier and I came to check on yah to see if you were doing ok."
She had touched his face rubbing her thumb against a scratch that had been left on his cheek from the fight.
Sarah had barged into Rikito's room and walked around it, making herself familiar with her surroundings.
"Your room is boring you know, you haven't even unpacked your bags!"
Sarah had begun to unpack Rikito's clothes and move them into the nearby closet.
"I'm alright, Sarah, and you don't have to touch my stuff. I was going to do it later but I was just worried about Steph that's all."
Rikito quickly grabbed the clothes from Sarah's hands, she looked up at him and gave him a weird glare.
"What? Do you like him or something? He's fine I already checked in on him."
Rikito quickly shook his head in disagreement.
"Hell Nah, what the fuck! I LIKE GIRLS, AND THEIR BIG BUTTS AND BOOBS, I AM AS STRAIGHT AS A LINE!"
Sarah smirked and got close to Rikito, moving in closer with every step. They were only a couple of inches apart when Sarah then whispered in Rikito's ear.
"That's good news to me, after all, you're pretty cute."
They then locked eyes, Rikito had blushed and began to stumble over his words, to which Sarah laughed and kissed him on the lips. There was a pause between them as they shared a connection of young love, or so it seemed.
"You should come to see me later Rikito, I would love to hang out." She bit her lip and began to head towards the door, before leaving she said, "You should get to the class orientation you don't want to be late, and bring your friend with you. You're a good guy Rikito."
"O-Okay Sarah?"
She then skipped off out of Rikito's room and shut the door.
"That girl is a wild one," he had thought holding onto his chest. His heart was pounding, it was the first time a girl had come on to him like that. His thoughts lead to other things but he kept distracted by unpacking his things.
