Ryan was still busy at work but even at that his mind was divided and he wanted to leave for LA immediately but he couldn't cos he needs to make good impression on this men so as to secure his company, he only trust his brother will do a good job.
"Yes grandma, she didn't come home tonight maybe she had Found another man to leech off from since she now understands Ryan is mine" Matilda was speaking with Ryan's grandma. "Is okay my daughter, make sure you stay in your home and do not allow anyone come in between you and Ryan immediately she returns ask her to leave" She gave her more confidence.
Matilda, "Okay grandma, but Jason...." her voice trailed off
Elder Mrs Williams, "What about him?!"
Matilda, "he asked me to leave the house, it seems he favors that witch over me"
Elder Mrs Williams, "Do not worry about him and remember Ryan favors you more"
with that she disconnected the call, and Matilda whispered to herself "I'll make Ryan mine and take over the Wills corporation, very soon".
AT THE HOSPITAL;
Jayden woke up after a long hours of sleep he opened his eyes to see a fair fragile looking figure sleeping at the side of his bed, he smiled to himself using his hands to caress her soft skin, she felt his touch and immediately woke up "you're awake!, lemme get the doctor" she stood up and was about moving when he hold her hands to draw her back, "The button is here" he chuckled "Oh yes!" and she pressed it.
The doctor confirm that he is safe now but need to rest for a few days, then he left. "Are you hungry?" she asked him "No just hand me my phone let me call my assistant" he replied her smiling and happy he is finally getting close to her, "your phone?!" she asked it was then he remembered he left it inside his car when he saw someone aiming a gun at Darcy.
Darcy, "Your phone isn't here Jay, but tell me what you want let me ask my assistant to bring it for you"
Jayden, "can I borrow your phone to make a call"
Darcy, "Sure you can, here you go" she handed her phone over to him.
After a while his assistant arrived the hospital with fresh clothes, His phone and food for him and Darcy. "Will you be needing anything else sir?!" he asked Jayden "No that will be all I'll call you if I need anything, and don't tell me parents about this" he warned "Yes sir" he bowed and left. You can take some food I need to shower first, he went into the bathroom and she Also take some food to eat.
He came out after showering, And ate After eating Darcy's Assistant also came in with fresh clothes for her and left immediately, she also went in the bathroom to change her clothes. When she stepped out Jayden couldn't control how he stared at her, he knew she was beautiful but not as beautiful as he's seeing her now. "What's wrong" she asked feeling uncomfortable with the way he's staring at her. "Who is after You?!, Who wants to kill you?!" he asked her remembering how and why they both landed in the hospital.
Darcy had never stopped to think about that but asking her now make her think, Before now she would have guessed who it was but now that there's Matilda who thinks she's after Ryan she can't tell if it's Violet or Matilda. then another thought hit her head, Maddy! she met Maddy when she was stepping out of the Director's office, And Maddy is a friend of Violet!.... "But I can't be so certain it's her" she whispered to herself.
Jayden "So it's a her!" he said smiling
Darcy, "Who's that?" she asked confused as she has been deep in her thought
Jayden "Did u snatch her man?!" he asked again with a mischievous grin on his face.
Darcy stared at him confused about what he was saying. "It's a her after you, I can help you if you wish" he sounded serious this time "Help me with what" she asked.
