It was October 1st 2078 when it first happend. The first report of a zombie outbreak in New York, news spreaded across the world about theses undead creatures. People started stress buying food and locking themselves away in their houses while most people thought this was bullshit and continued doing their day to day life which led them to be eaten and turned into zombies. This was how it spread. No one knows what's caused this all we know is it's ruined humanity to the point where it can never come back nothing will be the same again. The once busy streets fulled with people laughing and talking, kids running around and baby's crying was now filled with a dark silence, the kind of silence that puts you up on your gaurd that kind that keeps your questioning every little noise as if it could trigger something deadly which could then lead to your gruesome and unholy death.
Theirs now about 17% of the popular left, if even that. The elderly were killed of first as they was unable to really run and their was no help for them as the military was more focused on saving the kids and teenagers so they was unfortunately left to die. It was even more unfortunate that the military failed miserably in trying to save people, they just didn't have the right knowledge to kill the zombies. They tried to shoot them but it takes more than just that to kill them. So unfortunately the military was all killed of and the rest of us was left to fend for ourselves. This led to catastrophic outcomes as people started turning on each other. Food was now a privilege and getting sleep was risky, it was getting harder and harder to survive but when life got harder it only made people stronger.
The once sweet child now turned into a closed of scared teenager, the kind loving mom turn into a bitter angry women, the laid back teenage boy now a mean violent man. This was how it was in a world like this.. you change you loose yourself and become something else.
