One hundred years ago, the earth was being decayed due to human greed. Instead of fixing everything they broke, they promised one of the princes of hell to clean up all their mistakes. In exchange for these, all demons would live side humans and not harm each other.
Time is running faster and faster, until now, when there's no longer any difference between demons and humans, both inequality and work, but the relationship between a demon and human is still unacceptable if the relationship between the demon and human has children, the demon will be sent to his world forever, and the human who does that will get lifelong social punishment, their child will call an eternal sin or disgraced blood.
For years, this disgraced blood didn't have demon privilege as they could go to the demon world and were treated lower than humans by pure humans. However, they still got decent life, such as a place to live and work, because of the agreement that has who has demon blood can live without any difference from a human on earth even if they are not pure demon blood.
That morning. On the main street, everyone looked at someone with condescending and hateful gazes; those gazes were on young disgraced blood named Geath Astaroth, who had an average human body but had deer antlers on his head. Geath works as a government agent in the search people and evidence section, disgrace blood with high intelligence and ability to see the past at a particular location; he has a cold and introverted personality that makes him look mysterious with his red eyes like demon nobles.
His father is an unknown demon because the eyes he has is a demon nobles eyes. Still, the nobles love the purity of his blood so that if they have a mixed-blood child with a human, it can be a dishonor to them, which makes the nobles don't want to admit that the child and his mother become crazy due to the social punishment she got, so Geath several times got the physical attack to the assassination plans from his mother when he child.
Because what he got from his mother in the past and no affection from his father made Geath have this personality now, where he can't socialize like general and doesn't like small talk and crowded places, that morning, Geath had a duty to look at the serial murder scene that over the last three months where the murderer always created a different location from the actual murder location to make it confuse the investigation.
There was already a police line at that location, and one of the police approached Geath.
"Greetings, senior investigator Astaroth, im police sergeant, Poetry Donovan. Nice to meet you" said Poetry.
"Alright, did you find anything suspicious from that location?" asked Geath.
"Like the previous location, the victim was found dead with a knife stuck in victim's neck, type of knife is same as the knife we found on the other victim" said Poetry while handing the descrip to Geath.
"Then, where was the body found?" asked Geath while walking through the police line.
"The body is here; witness found the victim lying in this place when he returned from his night shift at the factory, which was 200 meters from this location" Poetry said and gave a sign to his colleague to give Geath space.
"Okey, I'll see what happens in this place" Said Geath.
Then Geath's eyes changed from red to green, projecting the previous incident at this location and observing everything he saw. After that, Geath saw what had happened and told everyone there.
"Like that previous case, the victim was not murdered in this location but moved in this location, the victim was carried by the murderer who wore a full covered black suit with a green devil mask at eleven pm and the witness saw the victim at five am. The murderer is brilliant. I think because after he moves the body, he will go to a crowded place and make his trace blend with the crowd" Geath said while looking for the murderer's trace.
"So what should we do?" Said another police.
"In just three months, this murderer killed seventeen people, thirteen women and three men, and the victim is all human, see this I think humans think that the killer is from the demon. If we don't find the murderer, war will occur between the two sides and it's a loss for both parties", Said Geath. Then walked towards Poetry and said, "Send all data you got and the autopsy results from the victim today. I will return to the office" Then leave the place.
"Yes, sir" Said Poetry.
When Geath left that location, many people gathered around and shouted insults at the devil because they were considered the perpetrators of the serial murders. After seeing Geath coming out of that place, suddenly an old man came to him and threw him a packet of flour and rotten eggs.
"you demon, what are you doing inside, trying to help your friend to break free" Said the Old man angrily.
"I'm not a demon, and I'm not even a human. I'm not on either side, and I'm on the side of justice" Said Gaeth with his flat face.
"you are disgraced blood. It's only right that you become a slave to us, you who are not accepted by the demons and try to become part of humans, you are disgusting" Said the Old man who smiled condescendingly and spat geath clothes.
"Isn't it human itself who is unable to take care of all his mistakes, so he begs the prince of hell to help him, now feeling as an oppressed person is human nature, I feel you are disgusting" Answer Geath while cleaning his clothes using a tissue.
"damn you disgraced blood. I will kill you first before killing all the demons in this world" Said the angry Oldman, then tried to hit geath.
"your actions are outrageous" Said Geath, who then endured Oldman's punch and slammed him to the ground.
Seeing the Oldman slammed to the ground, people who saw it immediately tried to attack Geath simultaneously. When they were close to Geath, a winged demon appeared on top of the geath.
"you lowly humans, do you want to break the agreement you made? Try to attack someone who has demon blood" said the winged demon.
"Chief Barbatos, what brings you here" said Geath, who kept holding the Oldman
everyone who saw barbatos was frightened and retreated because they didn't dare to deal with a demon with a position on earth. Barbatos set his feet on the ground and then called some police there to arrest Oldman and then spoke to Geath.
"Geath, is your work here done?" Said Barbatos.
"Yes, Chief" Said Geath.
"Then back to the office, you have new work to do now, and your father also sends his regards" Said Barbatos.
"Yes, Chief. please convey my respect to him, say that the child he doesn't want returns his greetings" Said Geath and go away.
"he looks like his father. Unfortunately, he has human blood, which makes him bear the sins of his parents in this world" Said Barbatos, who flew away from that place.
