"Sorry, the Eli Wayne I know would not accept that." Stella Grace said angrily. She picked up the teacup on the table and drank up all the water in it.
Frederick Addington knew that she was angry so he immediately stopped talking.
The waiter served the meal quickly.
"Do you want some maple syrup to go with the pancakes?" Frederick asked.
Stella had no appetite at all.
Eli was Stella's only friend. She knew her well.
"Does Sean Yaleman really fancy Eli?" She still couldn't believe it.
"That's what I've heard. Sean Yaleman, the man whose shrewdness is deeper than anyone else's imagination. He does things meticulously. If Eli were to be together with him, she would get whatever she wants even if she has nothing to her name." Frederick commented.
