[Thank you, sir] was the only word Sun heard from Alen.
Sun just nodded with a smile before leaving to pay his respects to the person who came to his door. When Sun opens the door, he sees a 20-year-old youth with slightly messy hair and wearing a slightly worn dress standing in front of him with a stern expression.
"Vorare, what happened? What is the matter that you wanted me to know—that you personally came to my father's shop?" The young man said this before entering the house as if it were his own and sitting down in a nearby chair.
Despite seeing the young man's behavior like this, Sun simply closed the door and walked towards him with a clear expression, showing no sign of dissatisfaction on his face.
"Rufus" calls the sun.
When Rufus saw that the sun's usual smile was no longer on his face, he immediately stood up from his chair and turned towards Sun nervously, knowing that this was one of the rare occasions even for Sun, who always smiles despite the difficulties he faces.
"Mr. Savior! Is something bothering you?" changing his way of addressing the sun.
Hearing that, Sun walked towards him and pulled the nearby chair to sit on it, and he also gestured for Rufus to sit on his chair.
During this conversation with Rufus, he wants to create a serious atmosphere so that he does not take the subject lightly because this boy, Rufus, will be the main character in his grand plan that involves the whole northern part of the continent.
"Rufus, what do you think will happen to Ale Town when the war between the two alliances breaks out again?"
Hearing this, Rufus began to break into a cold sweat. He knew that if war broke out again, it very well may be because the current peace treaty between the two alliances was being held together by a thin piece of string that could break at any moment, and if that happened, his city could be the first to be consumed by the fire of the sea.
With a nervous voice, Rufus replied.
"Savior, if the peace really breaks and the war breaks out, our city may not survive this time. In the past, the whole city survived because of your generous effort to heal the townspeople and the ration you bought yourself. But this time, it will be really difficult to survive."
After hearing Rufus' answer, Sun nods, gets up from his seat, and strolls towards the window, from where you can see and hear the kids playing with one another.
These youngsters are playing without consideration of the world, with enormous smiles on their faces.
Seeing this sun's expression soften a little, which is all being observed by Rufus, who is now standing adjacent to the sun,
"Rufus, what will prevent the smiles from vanishing from these children's faces?"
Rufus, hearing the question, immediately started thinking about the message Sun wanted to convey to him. After several minutes of silence, Rufus spoke in an ambiguous voice.
"Savior, I don't know why you asked that question, but given the current situation, only one thing that comes to mind that can keep these smiles and the town safe is authority, but the highest authority to stop or once for all win the war for the north." Hearing that answer, the sun turned around and smiled at Rufus.
"Great!! Your response is right, but on the other hand, it's fragmented. So, now, can you tell me how people exercise their authority?"
Immediately after hearing the question, Rufus started thinking about the possible answers to the sun's question.
Sun notices the Rufus, and seeing that he is making a genuine attempt to find replies to his inquiry, Sun gives him a comforting smile as per his delicate demeanor of Helios Vorare.
He knows that, despite Rufus' simple and carefree nature, he is a smart child. He knows who to talk to and how to talk, and he also knows how to carefully assess a situation before drawing a conclusion.
So Sun was very certain that Rufus would be able to track down the response to his inquiry and, furthermore, find the deeper significance behind his words.
"Lord Savior, according to me, authority comes from the lineage and birthplace you are born into," said Rufus, but he said the end of the sentence in a slightly low tone of voice, realizing that neither he nor anyone else in this town had such background to wield such authority, but the following words, which left the mouth of the sun, gave him strong hope.
"Again, incomplete answer, Rufus!
Okay, I'll tell you," Sun said before stopping briefly to observe Rufus' expression.
In accordance with Sun's expectations, Rufus has an expression of a sense of anticipation and hope on his face, a way for them to save this hopeless city.
"Rufus, always remember that authority and power are byproducts of a person's strength. It doesn't matter what social class or family you are born into. All that matters are your own talents, which you can use to become stronger.
A smart commoner with great talent and hard work can overthrow the regal family and become king himself, but the same thing can happen to members of the royal family. This is because if you are born without talent, you will be rejected, and your fate will be even worse than that of some commoners.
And one thing to always keep in mind is that all royal families trace their origins back to commoner ancestors and did not always necessarily have royal or imperial status with them. " He paused for a moment to look towards Rufus, seeing that Rufus had an understanding look on his face.
Then again, Sun asked a question.
"Then who has the highest authority in the north?" Sun asked Rufus.
Rufus immediately answered without any hesitation.
"Emir Adar Kardo," answers Rufus.
Sun immediately nodded when he heard the answer, followed by an explanation.
"Yes, Northern overload. Emir Adar has the highest authority in the entire North, but his authority does not come from any family support or politics but from his sheer raw power as a Class X cultivator of the Great Northern Tribes.
He is just a reason why the people of the North did not give up, despite so many attacks from Belph Duchy. But do you know what is stronger than strength?"
Hearing such an unexpected question from the sun, Rufus showed a stupid expression on his face, as if he did not understand the meaning of his words.
Seeing this, Sun just smiles at Rufus before continuing with his answer.
"Faith Rufus!!!!
Not the false faith displayed by the Church of Theos, but pure faith in someone so powerful that its presence itself defies the nature laws of this world.
As if God had personally come down to earth and created the saying come pass as { The God Who Walks Among Mens.}" said the sun.
After listening to the sun's words, Rufus' pupils dilated, and his heart began to beat hard, as if he finally understood the meaning behind all this discussion.
Rufus immediately dropped to his knees and clasped his hands together to lean forward and ask, as his voice began to crack as well.
"Sir, who are you? Is what I think correct? Heal me, Lord. Show me the truth, Lord."
Suddenly, the space around his sun begins to shake violently, and a faint yet majestic purple aura begins to radiate from the sun's body.
"Do you think you can handle the truth?"
Sun spoke in an authoritative tone that was the exact opposite of his gentle demeanor, which greatly surprised Rufus.
Behind his words, there was an invisible pressure, as if his words could alone subdue the strongest cultivator in the world.
Rufus, in the wake of tuning in and seeing the peculiarity happening before him, swallowed down his saliva a little and spoke with an anxious voice.
"Yes, Savior."
Then Sun closes his eyes and takes a deep breath. When he opens his eyes, a yellow aura flashes within his pupils. His entire body, which had been emitting a purple aura until then, began to emit a golden aura at the same time.
Currently, the sun is emitting golden and purple auras, which have different properties of creation and destruction, but they harmonize without conflict, enveloping the entire sun's body like a flame. Then the sun spoke.
"Numerous people call me by various names; some call me God; others call me the devil; a few people address me as a Ruler; and, surprisingly, certain gatherings call me their creator.
However, I'm a being who is very close to the truth of this world; I'm a being who is actually made up of a piece of this universe, a being who is above the infinite number of numerous species; I'm being present at the beginning phase of everything; I'm a BEING called as a PRIMORDIAL being."
Said in a manner of speaking that contains majesticness with a delicate tone of voice, pure arrogance, yet the capacity to back that haughtiness, loftiness that he is above everyone and yet underneath to none.
