Chapter 104: Conclusion
"Ugg, it's finally over." Complained Harry as they left the courtroom.
"Come now, Harry, it wasn't that bad. They went easy on You, and The Minister seems to like You." Amelia said.
"I actually found the experience very interesting. And I might have managed to confirm some of my theories." Xeno added.
It's been a week since the battle of Hogwarts, as they called it. Harry was summoned to a Wizardgamot meeting to go over the events.
The Minister was the one that personally informed him of the summoning. Whatever the circumstances, it was a fact that Harry had ended the lives of many wizards that day, some of them came from important pureblood families.
During the process, Harry, McGonagall, and the Aurors who witness the events had to go over what transpired that day.
The claims were a bit too incredible for the court to believe, so they asked to review the memories of several of the Aurors, including Amelia Bones, as evidence.
After reviewing the memories, the members of the court started to look at Harry with obvious fear in their eyes. The process went a lot quicker after that.

After leaving the Ministry, they all went to the Lovegoods household to have a meal. Luna, Susan, and Hannah were waiting for them.
"How did it go?" Susan asked with anticipation while Luna and Hannah watched with interest.
"As one would expect. Harry is not going to be charged with any crimes considering the circumstances. Also, the foreign families of those wizards have been told that they have no room for complaints since the wizards entered Britain illegally and died while committing a crime." Amelia explained.
"The Minister even wanted to award Harry with an Order of Merlin, first class," Xeno said.
"Wanted?, so they are not going to give it to Him?." Luna asked.
Amelia shook her head. "Some of the members of the court believed that it would be in poor taste to reward Harry for killing notable purebloods, regardless of the circumstances."
"That's outrageous!, those wizards came to Hogwarts to attack us!. Harry saved everyone!" Susan said.
"It's politics, Susan. You will have to learn about it someday." Amelia said.
"It's fine, Susan. I can live without that 'honor'." Harry shrugged. He really didn't care about those things.
"Launch is served." Lorry informed the group and they all went to enjoy the meal.

After another week of rest, it was time to go back to Hogwarts.
McGonagall canceled classes for two weeks to give people time to rest after all of that stress and also to give time to Hogwarts wards to recover after being broken and exhausted.
There was also another event waiting for them after their return. Albus Dumbledore funeral.
After questioning Harry about what happened to the Headmaster, Harry told them a story about how they went to Voldemort's old house looking for something that would help them defeat the Dark Lord when they were ambushed by several wizards.
Dumbledore then told Harry to go away while He took care of the wizards, and that was the last time Harry saw Dumbledore.
The Aurors made an investigation and found signs of a fight inside the house and also found the Ooze created by Dumbledore. But, there was no sign of the old man.
Harry even gave the Aurors some very well-made fake memories where one could see four masked individuals attacking them.
With no sign of a body, the search continued for a few more days with no results. The Minister had to authorize the use of a blood ritual to finally confirm that Albus Dumbledore was dead. The death eaters that killed the Headmaster were never found.

They announced that the Tri-Wizard tournament will continue after the second task was canceled. It was decided that the winner will be decided on the last task that will take place near the end of the year.
The two foreign schools were a bit reluctant to stay after what happened, but they were reminded that Krum and Fleur were under a magical contract to finish the tournament and they, at least, need to stay.
—-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Classes started again and life at Hogwarts returned to normalcy.
The Ministry never made an official statement about what exactly happened to Voldemort and his army, other than 'They were defeated. So, the students did not know that it was Harry the one who had done it. However, there were still some rumors.
Apparently, some of the members of the Wizardgamot told the story to their children, and those started to spread the crazy story about Harry Potter defeating an army by himself.
Of course, most of the students thought it was bonkers, but some of the Slytherin students were doing their best to keep their distance from Harry.

After ending their classes, the group was headed towards the Room of Requirement for a training session.
Susan and Hannah were walking ahead while Harry and Luna were following behind them.
"Can't we take a longer break from training?. I doubt we will get attacked again in the near future." Susan whined.
"That training had already saved your lives once. And from what I heard, it was very close…. Is best not to grow overconfident." Harry reminded her.
Susan touched her right shoulder where Dolohov's curse had left a permanent scar.
Hannah grabbed Susan's hand and gave her an encouraging smile. Susan smiled back at her and held her hand firm while they continued walking.
Harry had noticed the two of them holding hands on a few occasions but didn't say anything.
Luna got close to Harry and whispered.
"I bet, they are going to make it official any day now."
She then gave Harry a cheeky smile and held her hand out.
Harry got the sign and took hold of her hand while they continued walking.
