What is a high-order skill?
It's a skill that basically has nothing to do with high school students.
Everyone has just become a Beast Tamer not long ago and is still slowly figuring out how to develop a tacit understanding with their Pet Beasts.
In terms of skills, ordinary high school students have to compare three institutions before even considering which Pet Beast Training Organization is more suitable for learning a low-level skill.
The specially recruited students might at most be working hard on how to cleverly use low to mid-level skills.
And now you're telling me your Pet Beast learned a high-order skill?!
If a high-ranking Professional Beast Tamer or a well-known Breeder managed to teach a low-level Pet Beast a high-order skill, perhaps they wouldn't be so shocked.
