Synopsis
Riya Ganguly lived like an invisible person. She thought there's no meaning to get to know a lot of people. After all they are all just fake and selfish. If anyone would tell her that she'll risk her peaceful cocoon life for someone she met just once, she would have laughed like crazy. She don't want to take a step forward to anyone if they didn't do the same first, let alone risking her life. But it all changed because of him. 'Is it the angle of the sun or my eyes are playing with me? Why did he looks like glowing? Why is it like only he matters & nobody else? Even not me myself? Why?' The sun in her life seems like dark hole to others. But does it matter to her? No never. A cold face who's eyes are full of ruthlessness narrowed seeing a little thin girl across the road. Her eyes are too intense to ignore. It's not a first time for him to get this kind of stares but it seems to bother him somehow. "Daaady, daaady.. come here fast" "Why are you so noisy all of a sudden?" "I found my lost big sister", he said with a little fear pouting his adorable lips. "Impossible", he said in a dark face gritting his teeth. "How come... she looks just like me. Look... there she is", he pointed his finger to a slender figure across the road. He keeps silent. 'Is it necessary for her to be always across the road... can't she be on the same side', he thought to himself. Nobody can guess his thoughts but he is little surprised with this sudden anticipation of a 'next time'. *** The changed name of this book *** "Mommy choose me over daddy" Please find this book & continue reading. Chapter 1 - The one and only light

It's a dark room with a small window on top. Riya is looking outside of that window. It's getting dark, it'll be pouring soon. She didn't know how long she's being here but her whole world seems to be this window only. She don't know how long it would continue like this.

It's all started with that one decision she took but she knew it deep down that if she got another chance she'd do the same. After all she never have a true purpose of her life, she never felt like so.

If you ask why, may be because she's an orphan. I know may be you would say it's an excuse to run away from life. But that's how it is. On second thought maybe it's because life is not too kind to her.

She's lost on her thoughts when she heard a sound behind her.

*creeeeak*

"You can leave now," said the intruder.

Riya slowly stand up and leave the dark cell. She don't know the date & don't know where to go next. She just start walking the opposite direction of the sun along the road. Suddenly she jolted by the horn some inches away from her. It's a black Mercedes with closed windows. She can't guess who it can be.

After some time when both parties are standing still for nearly 2 minutes, the irritated person in the driving seat lowers the window.

"Get up"

"Why should I? Who are you?"

"If you want to know the whereabouts of your son, you would better not question further."

"Oh"

'Son wait for me. I'll definitely find you. After all I only have you now', she thought sitting on the passenger seat.

"You got up just like that, what if I sold you in the black market. Don't you fear your life lady?"

"Though you look intimidating, but you don't have an aura of a guilty person."

"Oh, so you know how to judge people?"

"You can say so, it's one of my privilege as an orphan."

"I can relate."

"So where are we going now?"

"To your apartment. Pack up we're going to leave this country."

"The person behind you... when can I meet him?"

"Why him and not her?"

"Can you stop with your silly questions? I'm getting a headache."

"Let's go for lunch first. I'm hungry."

Riya is a little speechless. So she close her eyes and try to take a break.
