This was the first time Ivan had seen someone die, and he had mixed feelings.
However, he knew very well that reality was not a fairy tale. In a large-scale battle, it was impossible not to die!
At the same time, more questions came to Ivan's mind, and he could not wait to find out what had happened in the past few months.
Asia could see Ivan's confusion, but she did not immediately give him an answer, as this was not a good place to talk.
The wizards who received the order nodded, and twenty of them vanished into thin air.
Ivan was also Disapparated by Alicia.
When he returned to his senses, he was surprised to find himself outside Borgin and Burkes.
It was no longer called St Mungo's, of course, with a large sign advertising St Mungo's.
The interior of the shop was very different from the last time he was here. There were many potions on the shelves at the front desk, including Wolfsbane Potion. There was a row of tables and chairs on the wall next to the counter, presumably where patients were supposed to wait in a queue.
It looked exactly like a private clinic!
It was not until Ivan passed through a curtain that he found another world.
In front of them was a large meeting hall large enough to hold hundreds of people. The cabinets and shelves that had been placed there by the previous owner, Burke, had all been removed, which made the interior seem exceptionally large.
As soon as they stepped over the threshold, several golden flames sprang up on both sides of the Great Hall. The floor was covered in dense brickwork, and some of the runes and patterns that connected the bricks formed a large protective circle that combined with the overall grayish-black decor to make it look solemn.
"Remember that deed you gave me? I asked Doggett to find a way to get the rights to use this magical shop, and then we talked about turning it into a temporary station!" Alicia explained quietly as she led Ivan inside.
Ivan nodded, as Sirius had mentioned this to him months before.
It was just that he had thought that Doggett had tricked him, and had not realised that this was what shops were for.
As soon as they entered the Great Hall, Alicia stopped and turned to speak to Fren and the others.
"Fran, I need you to alert the others. Tell them to come immediately! As for you, Doggett…"
"I understand. I'll take care of the wounded and the prisoners!" Dagget immediately knew what Alicia meant, and led the wounded and several Dark Wizard prisoners to the treatment room.
Is there someone else? Ivan glanced at Isiah in surprise. He had thought that the twenty or so people gathered here were all of them. It seemed that Isiah had gathered more people than he had expected.
After Doggett and his team left, Alicia left the wizards and witches who had just been in battle to rest in the Council Hall while they waited for the rest of the team to arrive.
After making the necessary arrangements, she turned to Ivan and said, "Come on, let's go upstairs to the back room!"
Ivan had no objection to this, as he followed Alicia up the stairs and into a room where the noise from below was becoming quieter and quieter, presumably caused by a soundproofing spell.
As Ivan thought about this, Alicia turned and put her arms around him, and a faint smell of lavender reached his nose.
Ivan was stunned for a moment, and then he came to his senses and threw his arms around his mother. They hadn't seen each other for over six months, and he missed her.
Although he and Alicia had only known each other for a few months, Ivan had felt her love for him and acknowledged his status.
Deep down, Ivan felt guilty, knowing that he was taking the place of the real Ivan Harris and enjoying what was rightfully his.
After a few moments of affection, Isiah released Ivan and affectionately placed her hand on his forehead, asking him about his experiences in school over the past six months.
She was surprised and delighted when Ivan was nominated for a First-Class Order of Merlin in the Daily Prophet.
She knew very well what this medal represented!
Today, there are only seven recipients of the Order of Merlin in the entire British wizarding world, and all of them, with the exception of Ivan, are prominent figures of their respective walks of life.
Ivan did not mind sharing his "great achievements" at school with Alicia.
Half-truthfully, she explained how she found Peter's name on the Marauder's Map, how she saw through his disguise with her knowledge of Transfiguration, and how she "coincidentally" met Sirius and solved an unjust case from over a decade ago, sending Peter Pettigrew to Azkaban.
Isiah listened quietly with a smile on his face, and even gave Ivan a few generous words of praise for his deduction of Peter's identity.
However, when she heard the names Sirius, Lupin, and the others, she frowned.
"Do you know them, Mom?" Yvonne asked quickly.
