Chapter 519 - A Fighter Against the Dark Lord, A Deserving Hero!

12 Grimmauld Place, London

With a series of inter-dimensional movements, several figures appeared in the living room of the Black family home.

"That was close. We were so close. I'm afraid we won't be able to return…" Ivan's forehead was covered in cold sweat. In the few seconds before they left, the Fire Phoenix had completely escaped his control. If they had teleported any later, the consequences would have been disastrous.

"It's good that you know. You'd do well not to use such dangerous Dark Magic again…" Sirius cautioned.

Sirius felt that this loss of control was not necessarily a bad thing, as it would most likely teach Ivan a lesson he would never forget.

Yvonne nodded solemnly.

However, unlike Sirius's expectations, Ivan was able to see the incomparable destructive power of the Fire as well as the danger it posed.

In the cave, thousands of Yin Corpses were used as fuel to expand into a Fire Phoenix that was dozens of meters long. It was the most powerful spell he had ever seen!

Ivan couldn't find a way to keep it down, other than by using Transfiguration.

If he could master this power in actual combat, his strength would rise to another level, and it would not be impossible for him to fight against a dozen wizards at once with the help of the Fierce Fire!

Of course, under normal circumstances, it would be impossible for a Fire to swell to such an extent without sufficient nourishment.

Until Ivan mastered a counter-curse that could suppress the Fire of Malice, he would not dare to use the Fire of Malice on a large scale again, or he would die along with his opponent if he did.

Yvonne was deep in thought when the sound of hurried footsteps came from the back room, followed by a familiar voice.

"Sirius, Ivan, Professor Lupin, you're finally back!" Harry exclaimed as he hugged Sirius.

He was alone in the Black family home for a long time, and when he heard the commotion, he ran as fast as he could.

Harry was relieved to see that everyone was fine, but he was shocked to see Lupin in his werewolf form.

Although Harry knew that Professor Lupin was a werewolf wizard, this was the first time he had seen him in human form.

Lupin realized that it was inappropriate for him to remain in his transformed form. He looked at his paws in discomfort and asked awkwardly.

"Ivan, how should I change back now?"

Ivan scratched his head. He wasn't a werewolf, so he couldn't possibly know, but considering how easy it was for Fran and the others to switch back and forth between their two forms, he told Lupin to think about what it would be like to revert to his true form every full moon.

Lupin tried it, and when the idea occurred to him, his body reacted, his claws slowly retracting, his tall body shrinking rapidly, and his hideous head reverting to its normal shape.

"This is amazing!" Lupin exclaimed. He sensed that he could change back into a werewolf with a thought, so he looked eagerly at Ivan and asked again.

"What was that potion you gave me before? The Wolfsbane Potion? I don't think the Wolfsbane Potion on the market has that effect."

"It's an improved Wolfsbane Potion that I developed not long ago! It allows a werewolf wizard who drinks it to freely control their transformation for fifty days and remain conscious throughout the process," Ivan explained.

"Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention that after drinking the potion, werewolves will no longer have the ability to infect others!"

"So you're saying that not only can I transform at will, but I don't have to worry about hurting anyone?" Lupin grabbed Ivan's wrist and asked excitedly.

"Yes! But it only lasts for fifty days. After that, you have to drink it again." Ivan nodded confidently.

"Enough… enough!" Lupin muttered to himself, suddenly backing away and bowing deeply to Ivan.

"Professor Lupin, what are you doing?" Ivan did not expect Lupin to do this and quickly backed down.

"Thank you for your help to us werewolves… I'm sure the wizarding community would be much better off if this potion could be popularised." Lupin looked at Ivan ruefully.

If he remembered correctly, Ivan had developed the Wolfsbane Potion only two years ago, and it had only taken him a short time to develop the Improved Wolfsbane Potion.

The reason why wizards and witches hated werewolves so much was not only because they lost their minds during their monthly transformations, but also because of their infectious abilities.

The improved Wolfsbane Potion solved both of these problems, and had there not been a time limit, Ivan would have declared the werewolves cured.

Sirius, who was standing nearby, was equally delighted, and jokingly suggested that if such a potion ever became common, werewolves might gain the admiration of fanatics.

There are bound to be hordes of power-hungry wizards desperate to turn themselves into werewolves.

Harry could not quite understand the importance of the improved Wolfsbane Potion to Lupin, but this did not stop him from being delighted.
