Chapter 151 - What Do You Think of This Identity?

With this discovery, Walker was able to relax and listen to Ivan's lectures, occasionally experimenting with spells Ivan had taught him.

He began to admire Ivan more and more. He felt that none of the Durmstrang professors were as good as Ivan.

At the very least, Ivan was able to improve the power of his charms in a very short period of time, something that he did not experience in school.

However, Walker did not have the systematic blessing that Ivan did, and even if he knew what to do, it would take a lot of practice to master it.

Ivan smiled at Walker's enthusiasm as he practiced the spell over and over again.

His special instruction this time was also in the spirit of compensation,

After all, Ivan had used the Wolfsbane Potion to analyze Walker's body structure over the past two days, claiming that it worked.

Not only did it greatly increase the proficiency of the Transfiguration Charm, but it also confirmed that the werewolf form was a special type of Animagus.

This was because, as with Scabbers, the werewolf Walker's brain was protected by magic.

The only difference between the two was that Walker's body was also filled with magic, as if his entire body had been animated by it.

This reminded Ivan of the fast-moving tabby cat in the Forbidden Forest… and he wondered if Professor McGonagall could perform similar enhancements in her Animagus form.

Ivan, however, realised that he had not even learnt how to use the Animagus, and there was no point in dwelling on this for the moment.

Considering that today seemed to be the day he was supposed to go to the Ministry with Doggett, Ivan turned to Walker and spoke.

"That's all for today. Practice it well for the next few days. When you have time, I'll teach you the casting techniques of the Iron Armor Spell and the Splitting Spell.

When you are able to freely control the power of the charm, you may begin to learn about the Thunderbolt Explosion."

"Are you really willing to teach me such a powerful spell?" Walker asked in disbelief.

Despite Ivan's earlier promise, he thought it was an excuse.

"Of course, if you live up to my standards." Ivan nodded nonchalantly.

In fact, the Thunderbolt Explosion Charm was not that rare, as Hermione and Harry had used it in their seventh year in the original timeline.

Not to mention blowing up an entire street like Peter Pettigrew, who could not even blow up a section of the wall.

As he said before, the specific power of a charm varies from person to person…

Crucially, his standards were not easy to live up to, and it would have taken Walker at least a year or two to master them.

By then, even if Walker had mastered the Thunderbolt, he would not be a threat.

Walker didn't know this, but he was so happy he almost jumped out of his skin. Imagining that he would soon cast a spell that would make his enemies tremble in fear, he worked even harder.

Ivan was amused. If only the werewolves were as easy to deal with as Walker, his mission would be complete in a matter of days.

Having made her promise, Ivan did not stay long and went straight home.

After lunch, Ivan waited until Doggart arrived.

It had only been two days since they last met, but Dougster had changed into a different person. He was now dressed in a black wizard's robe embroidered with gold. He was tall and straight, and the stubble around his mouth had been shaved clean.

The most surprising thing to Ivan was that Doggett's sparse hair had grown back in two days, greased and neatly combed.

"Did you drink a hair-growing potion?" Yvonne asked with a strange look on her face. It didn't look like a permanent hair-growing potion, or Dougatt wouldn't have waited until today to drink it.

Doggett gave him a dirty look. 'Just keep it to yourself. Why say it?'

Doggett looked Ivan up and down and saw that he was only wearing ordinary wizarding robes.

"Didn't I tell you to dress up? Is that what you're wearing?"

"Is it bad? I think it's a good outfit. Are we going to a party?" Yvonne raised her eyebrows.

"Of course not," said Doggett, shaking his head.

"Isn't that right? We're poor wizards from Knockturn Alley. Although we're poor, we're still worried about the future of the wizarding world. Therefore, we've been researching in Knockturn Alley for many years, determined to solve the problem of werewolves going berserk…"

Yvonne spoke eloquently, making Dougatt stare at her blankly.

"What do you think of the status of this pauper genius?"

Dougett was so confused that it took him a while to follow Ivan's train of thought, and he wondered if he should change into his old clothes.

Looking at Doggett's nonplussed expression, Yvonne smiled to herself. If the bastard likes to imagine things, then keep imagining things!

Just as Ivan was feeling pleased with himself, he suddenly felt a chill behind him. He turned around and saw a dark-faced Alicia…

"I can't remember a time in my life when I had trouble eating and dressing at home…" Alicia pinched Ivan's cheek.

She then proceeded to undo Ivan's outer buttons, strip him of his normal wizard's robe, and replace it with another robe with intricate patterns.

"It looks good." After folding Ivan's sleeves, Alicia looked at the young wizard in front of her with satisfaction.

Ivan waved his wand and conjured a mirror. As expected, clothes make the man. With a change of clothes, he actually looked like a noble wizard.

She just felt a little restrained in this set of clothes, unlike her usual relaxed self.

"Well… it's all right," Yvonne commented eventually, glancing at Alicia's half-smiling face and changing tack. "I mean, it's nice and impeccable!"

"It's about time, so we'll be on our way," said Doggett, glancing at the clock and gesturing to Alicia.

Yvonne nodded solemnly and felt a hand on her shoulder. There was a familiar tearing of space and she heard Doggett's voice.

"Phantom Shift…"

The next moment, the pair who had been in the Wizarding Shop vanished in front of Alicia…
