Third Person Pov~

"Dad are you sure about this?" AL implores in a restrained voice, giving Asabel standing next to his father a cold gaze. The Supreme Alpha glances from his son to Asable standing beside him. "Yes son, you will need her with you." He ensure, smiling lightly. "AL smiled dryly and sighs. "If you say so…" He countered deeply.

He knows there's no point in reasoning with his father. Asabel's eyes sparkle in succeeding in her plans to go with him. AL recognizing that sly look on her face grinned meaningfully.

"I will take my leave then." AL, added, before leaving for the car garage. The Supreme Alpha slightly nods. Once he left. Asabel standing next to the Supreme Alpha jumped to her heels and followed after him. She suddenly pause on her track, as a thought cross her mind. She glances back at The Supreme Alpha of the Frost Crest Pack and reveals a sweet smile and mouthed 'Thank You, The Supreme Alpha just nod calmly and wave his two fingers at her. She smiles and jugs towards the elevator excitedly in her heels.

Her eyes were wide in shock the moment she got down to the garage. She sees AL, driving out already from the car garage. She moves fast and blocks his way with her arms spread sideways. AL was forced to step on the break and stop in front of her. He stares silently at her through the wheel screen, his expression calm and collected. Asabel rush to the passenger side of his car and pulled the car handle to get the door open, she received yet another shock.

She slowly turned to face Arther who had a calm expression On his face, staring ahead without glancing at her. She smirked arrogantly. "What are you doing cousin?" She asked him, frowning her face. "You know the way to Ox city," Arther replied without giving her a look and drove out.  Asabel flushed red in embarrassment and stomps her feet to the ground. "Just wait, you will not escape from my clutches this time around." She sneered and took out the keys to her car from her porch and matched towards it.

Back inside The Supreme Alphas office,

He was standing in front of a full-wall glass window and watching the Silver color SUV and Red sports car drive out one after one another from his compound. He smirked lightly, move away from the glass window and walk towards the leather couch facing his office and his desk. Middle-age Woman dawned herself in heavy makeup and was sitting down elegantly with her legs crossed triangular. Her lips were coated with thick red lipstick. She sips the wine from the glass cup with elegance.

She places the glass cup on the top of the side table next to her and looks up to meet the eyes of the Supreme Alpha. "Aragon, I wonder what is going on, in that crafty mind of yours?" She asked, leaning her right arm on the width of the couch while using the back of her palm to support her jaw.

Aragon[The Supreme Alpha] let out a chuckle and sat down on the couch opposite hers. He stares at the beautiful Woman sitting across from him with her slender legs crossed between her pencil skirt which wrapped her figure perfectly well.

"Imelda, You know better than me the reason." He replied, cocking his brows at her. Imelda scuffs hearing his words. She brought down her cross legs and crossed them over again with her right leg, relaxing her body well on the leather couch. Bringing her palms together, she started.

"I have known you throughout the years of our life, Aragon, to know when you are crafting something big, and, l will be sorry to tell you l don't know what you mean dear cousin brother." She states smirking. Aragon's eyes twitch repeatedly on hearing her words. "I will take it that the wine you had is the one manipulating your thoughts this morning." He spat the words with sarcasm. "Tsk, tsk, and l believe it's the same reason you came to find me 2o years ago," she hints with evil smiles spread across her charming face.  "Imelda, don't push me?" Aragon warns, growling.

Imelda pretended not to hear the lines his warnings and probes on. "Ah, l wonder what will be your son's reaction when he finds out you are the reason behind the mate finding problems."  She said the words leaving a deep and underlying meaning behind them. In a flash, Aragon sprang up from his sitting position and blocked her view. He held her neck between his fingers glowing. He kept tightening his hold on her neck. Imedal fights for breath, hitting his chest with her palms. Her eyes begin to roll into the back of her head. Life sips out of her gradually. "I dare you to repeat one more word." Aragon bellows, puffing hot breath on her face.

His face flushed red in anger. He flung her body back to the leather couch heavily, hurting her back. Imelda gasps for breath, hitting her chest and coughing. Her face loses its normal color. Her eyes shuddered in fear. "Do… You, h– have to be this… serious? I was only joking with you." She clarifies while holding her breath. Aragon scuffs disdainfully. "Joke indeed." He spat and left his office. Imelda's eyes darken as she stares at the empty spot. Her eyes were full of venom, and her body was shaking.

Asabel arrived late in Ox City. Being the daughter of a witch and the prominent billionaire [Mr. Patterson] in the western region she was able to locate her way to Alrigridon mansion in Ox City. She has always fancied this cousin of hers since childhood but now this fancy has grown into feelings. Despite being 3years younger than him, she has always plunged herself into him shamelessly, but he doesn't seem to care.

She doesn't care about the stupid Mate Bond ritual that guides the Lycans all she cares about is the feeling of her heart. What she feels for him, besides he has grown past the Age of  2o without seeing his mate yet, which means she has every chance to make him fall in love with her. She made a deal with her distant uncle ALrigridons father [The Supreme Alpha Of The Frost Crest Pack] to assist his son on his task.

After AL shut his door in her face, she left in frustration to complain to his father, her uncle.

She shoved the office door wide open with force and walked in whining. Aragon raised his head from the files he was going through on top of his desk. He removes his glasses from his eyes and drops them on the table and stares at the whining girl in front of him. He raised his eyebrows in question.

"What is it this time Asabel?" He inquired uninterested. She approached his desk, walked around it, and went to stand next to him holding by his arm. "Uncle, AL bullied me again," she complained, tears welling up in her eyes. "How?" Aragon asked amused but masked it with a fake serious countenance.

"Uncle, I just arrived from the western region just to see him and he treated me this way," she continued puffing her chest up. Aragon shook his head lightly and glanced at her. "I can help you to spend time with your cousin…"  "Really?" Asabel jumped in full excitement , cutting off his unfinished words.

Aragon just nodded his head and continued. "But there's a condition." He added. The light in Asabels eyes dims and she slowly lets go of his arms. "Condition?" She asked. Aragon nodded.

"What do l need to do uncle, I can get my father to give you the biggest land, mention it…" she rambles on. Aragon held up his finger to stop her. "Ssh…" she clamps her lips with her fingers. "You will travel to Ox City with my son," Aragon affirmed. Her eyes shine hearing her uncle's words. Her stomach jumps around in happiness. "You aren't going there just for fun, you know what l mean." Aragon asserted in a deep voice.

Asabel nods in understanding and smiles. "Then we are good." Aragon counters. "Thanks, Uncle Aragon, I will not disappoint you."

She affirms. He nodded with a satisfying smile.

Asabel smiles after remembering her conversation with her uncle. 'This is it she thinks to herself.

She blares the horn of her car, not long the gate of the mansion slowly opens automatically, revealing the inside.

She drove her red sports car into the vast compound and packed it at the left side of the compound facing the flowing fountain. She steps down from her car dragging her bag next to her. She stands beside her car admiring the Mansion. "Cousin does have a great taste." She said to herself smiling lovingly, her eyes sparkling.

"You are welcome Miss, let me help you with your luggage." She turns around hearing the soothing voice of a Man. She furrows her eyes at him. He was putting on white joggers and red scans. "And you are?" She asked, as her eyes did the work of sizing him up.

"Oh, forgive my manners I'm Alric, best friend, and companion you can say that." He explained, smiling cheekily. "Alric?" She implored forgetting every other thing he mentioned. "Yeah, that's what I call him by the way am Oliver, Oliver Smith." He introduced himself, stretching his hands for a handshake.

Asabel didn't take his hand and eyed him suspiciously making Oliver withdraw his hands not minding her. She gazes towards the door of the manor.

"Where's my cousin?" She asked directly. "He's inside with the others," Oliver replied with a smile. She left her bag with him and rushed inside the mansion. Oliver smirked remembering the awkward look on his friend's face when he told him of the arrival of his annoying cousin.

He shook his head and dragged the bag inside with him.
