"You can't be serious?" Mauve yelled in horror.
There was no way Jael actually thought she would be able to say those words. She couldn't even believe he was suggesting it.
"I am very serious, Mauve. Every part of me is," he smirked.
"Would you not do that?" She asked, feigning exasperation.
With how hot her face was getting, it was definitely red. Did he really want her to say that? Could she even say it?
"Are you not going to say it?" He asked, tilting his head a little as he munched on her neck.
"I don't see the point," she murmured. It was a good thing she had her back to him. There was no way she would be able to look at him in the face.
"Even though I am asking you to?" He asked.
"What point does it fulfill?"
"I want to hear you say it. Surely that should be enough reason. If you can't tell your annoying husband something like that, can you truly say we are married."
