Louis smirked, "I just popped in to say my greetings. The sun has set about halfway."
"You are not allowed to do that, Louis. Spit out whatever this is about," Jael said, unimpressed by Louis' presence.
"That's really why I am here. Fine," he said when the look on Jael's face darkened. "The sun has pretty much set at this point but just to be safe and to make sure you don't get sunburned by any chance, we are waiting an hour more."
"Is that it?" He asked.
"Pretty much," Louis nodded.
"Then leave," Jael ordered.
"Not yet. Would you like something to eat, Mauve? I figured you must be starving by now since you'd usually eat during the day and it's already evening."
"Yes," Mauve replied before she could help herself. Only to see Jael's expression change. Was he angry she admitted to being hungry?
