My eyes flew open and I inhaled sharply and blinked multiple times to clear my blurry vision. For a moment I had no idea who I was or where I was. I just stared at the white ceiling and diamond chandelier dangling above me.
"Hazel." I heard the familiar deep voice. The one I despised the most, I frowned. I felt his hands on my shoulder. I would have moved if I had the strength to but my entire being felt stuck on the bed.
"You're awake." His voice was filled with warmth, I never thought he would sound this caring but I refused to be deceived.
If I could still hear this man it means I'm not dead or we were both dead. But this place doesn't seem like hell, he should be in hell where he belongs. Had he saved me again? I frowned deeper at my thought.
"Do you feel pain anywhere? Do you recognize me?" He asked. I couldn't forget this demon anywhere even in my next life.
"I can't feel my body."
