We arrived at 'Le Bernadine' the chauffeur stopped his car just at the entrance of the restaurant. "Hazel, put this on before we get in," Alex said calmly holding a diamond ring in his hands. "Why? You want us to look like 'The Perfect Happy Couple' when we're not" I asked sternly.
"Isn't that what we're meant to do cause its part of the contract to appear perfect even if we both know we're not." He said coldly. "I don't think I should always remind you of your position in this marriage do I?" I said nothing to him, and neither did I wear the ring in his hands. Alex let out a long frustrating sigh.
