I'm just sitting down on my chair, chatting with my bffs Clara and Blaze about my sixteenth birthday , when I heard a loud shriek from downstairs and rushed to see what it was. It was my bratty little sister Hazel putting her five dirty fingers into my birthday although I really wasn't that surprised because it wasn't the first time and I am sure it won't be the last so my mom and I already bought an extra cake, so I went back upstairs, took my phone and started scrolling through tiktok when I realised that I still had to go to school so I quickly took my bath and went to school.

Okay let's start from the beginning, I'm a two friends dork, I know that sound kinda harsh but it's true , I'm one of those average people, average look, average students. As far back as I could remember I had always felt different.

Let me give you an example, when I was younger had a I had an audition for a musical play in my school,and it started by 10.am sharp on Saturday but because of my sis who off my alarm I woke up 10:30 and it was already late but I still decided to go and when I got to school I saw the teacher just coming and when he saw me he was like why are you here so early that the audition started from 10.am, I was so confused and when he showed my the time it was just 9.am I was dumbfounded don't get me wrong I was very excited but still surprised 😅, or when it seventh year birthday I woke up but I felt different then I opened my eyes and saw me and everything else in my floating on thin air and I was surprised and scared mostly because I was deathly afraid of height and when I was scared I usually close my eyes but when I opened my eyes everything was back to normal but I saw my mom figure outside my room and somehow I knew she knew something, so later that day I confronted my mom when she was with my dad and asked if she saw things floating in my room but she said no and I told her I saw her beside my room, she was like it was all in my head, I knew it was pointless arguing with her so I left from there and hid and heard them discussing about the incident and how I would soon find out about something when I sneezed and my cover was blown, but they thought I heard important so they promised

me that on my sixteenth birthday they would explain everything to me and ever since that day I have been waiting patiently for my sixteenth and finally it has come.

When I got to school, I met my homies by my locker waiting for me so we can go to class together when Zelda(my nemesis) came to mock me as usual, we had been enemies since middle school when I moved there and I had no idea why she hated me but never mind I have to get to class.

Finally I am back home and my parents said they would tell me everything after my two party is over, by the way I am excited because I really want to know what they got me that they've been keeping it a secret. Yes they are here squeee😁😁😁.

I took the gift and opened it and saw one of the best gift I can ever get, a friendship locket and I was so happy because this means we are going to be best friends forever(Dorks rule).

When the party was over and Hazel had gone to sleep after eating almost all the cake and unwrapping all my presents while taking some for herself thinking I didn't notice, my parents sat me down and told me everything, they said before I was born the witches of Astoria and the witches of Bonga were at war and my mom the Queen of Astoria hated the war and decided to go to the ruler of Bonga for a peace treaty with her trusted companion Lydia and Lumin (my fake parents) but on the way my mom gave birth to me, when we reached the rulers Palace the king and Queen were pretending to be nice so they could take me because of a prophecy that was made regarding me, but your mom discovered that they planned to take you it was to late, they had blocked everywhere with their soldiers but your mom found a way for us to escape but she couldn't make it out so we made her a promise that we would take care of you and on your sixteenth birthday that is when your powers would be properly harvested and the best teacher will be sent from Astoria to teach you spells that would help you defeat the people of Bonga and release

your mother because since you're sixteen their search for you will increase so you have to be very careful and don't tell anyone about this because the Bongarians will do anything to catch you that is one of the reasons we brought you to this planet of weaklings.

All this things they said was so new to me but before I left they told me never to tell Helda that even her doesn't know about it.
