“I think at his age, he’s more worried about the long-term future of his daughter. He might not be taking such a kind approach but I’m sure that he’s doing what he thinks is best for his daughter,” Ace explained calmly.
“I don’t know about that…” I mumbled because I couldn’t quite agree with Ace on that point.
I honestly did not like the fact that he seemed to be defending Chairman Chase even if there may be some truth behind his words.
