"Ughh..uhh" she whimpered in pain, tears speed running endlessly down her cheeks, blending in the dripping sweat, she wanted to scream her lungs out of the pain she was suffering. Her limbs were numb, her body was drenched in blood, and her thighs were sore, but she knew she couldn't make noise, let alone scream, she couldn't, she HAD to protect him, even if the cost was her own life, she would happily do it, she would accept this pain, even multiply by thousand, just ANYTHING to let him see the light.
*hears distant thudding of footsteps*
It was too late, she saw their shadow, and before they closed in with the knife dripping with her blood she knew she had to do it. She looked up helplessly at the dark ceiling that was now beginning to blur out, she knew her death had been decreed, but she would fight for his life, which she was firm of.
Never had she ever anticipated that she would scream his name for help, not in this lifetime, but the time was speeding away, and now there wasn't any rationality left to make any sense or ponder over.
