"It is imperative that we move swiftly with this plan of ours, "A male voice was heard speaking in a dark, stuffy room.
"I do agree with you. But you see, rushing to execute our plan might only lead to a setback. I suggest we consult with the others to gain their full approval before moving. As you know, this is a mission for which we cannot afford to get caught perpetuating, "...Yet another masculine voice echoed silently in the room.
The two figures sat on a wooden bench laced with fur material. This most likely was gotten from a hunted beast.
It was of no surprise that the werewolves utilized such instruments. After all, they lived most of their lives hunting down beasts. And occasionally, the unfortunate special course that wandered around, HUMANS.
"Unlike the old prime alpha, Rufus has blatantly refused to heed the advice of the council. His rule can no longer continue!" the male sitting at the right corner of the room said.
Other than the long benches that could fit four behinds comfortably, there was nothing that much special about the room they were in.
From the unpleasant smell that clearly didn't bother them to the absence of light and insects creeping around the wooden pillars which had lasted past their prime. It was all a matter of time before the structure gave way.
But considering how the new alliance had only been formed months ago and a need for a place hidden in plain sight that would cater for their need to convey and have their meetings where they schemed their next plan, this old raggedy structure would have to just hold for the time being.
"I do not feel comfortable about involving the others. They are loyal lap dogs to the prime alpha. Unlike you, most of them see no problem in the subtle manner of approach the prime alpha has adopted which has not only caused great harm to the community but has caused a hindrance to the flow of our SPECIAL privileges as alpha's of our respective pack, "the figure seated at the left corner spoke.
Both figures seated in the room were bare-chested. Only covered around the hip region by a beast clothing.
Werewolves adopted a tradition they referred to as accepting who they were. This was where the mode of fashion and general behaviour would seem odd to humans who were once allowed to roam freely. Now, everything had changed.
There weren't humans left around to be at the top of the food chain as they once did for millions of years. Every chance at reigniting the thriving of the human specie was quickly extinguished in a painful fashion.
"Our first step has been a huge success. I am surprised you managed to get our blood-sucking rivals to work with us. After everything, they have done to us and we have done to them in our own right, how can we trust them?" the figure on the left side said.
"Would it not be considered foolishness if we even have a shred of trust for them? That would be akin to stupidity. After all, at the end of the day, both parties get what they want and we resume back to feud till there is not a single one of them left!!" said the figure at the right.
He constantly stomped his foot on the ground while talking. Insects had made it a challenge to scale the giant's legs but he was making it a helluva task for them.
"If this plan works, our future and that of the next generation will be set back on track. We will deal the prime alpha and then later on the vampires a blow they will never recover from!!" the masked wolf said
The two figures stood up from the room and emerged to the outside. Now their faces were up for a much better view.
One had a fur mask on his face. But it was of no use.
Everyone knew who he was. This was the green pack Alpha. They were currently in an area surrounded by thick walls all around. The other male with him had no mask on. But this was because the area they were currently walking through now could not be traversed all the time in the first place.
"So why do you insist on visiting her even when you know she will turn you back?" the one without the mask asked.
"Because she is my bloodline. That sword of hers seems to have an effect on her. It is like it has taken over her, "The masked man answered.
"The great warrior Dija. Known to be the best tactician now hiding amidst caves"...

Meanwhile, in a room covered with paintings of different colours, some of which were glowing and seemed to be alive, Finn stood with his arms out looking at the object in front of him. He reflected on the command given by the king and given the only way out was to obey, he proceeded forth.
-Kill or be killed, the laws of nature. All turned against me. Only for a short while- Finn thought with a smile as he slit his palm with his elongated claw and blood dripped into the lantern.
