I expected to see someone strange by the window, but since now alarm bells went off, we should have known it wasn't any threat. Instead, Atticus stood by the window. He looked uncomfortable, maybe even frightened.
We prepared tags that carried a bit of Noelle's scent for anyone who lives here, that way the brainless won't be tempted to attack them unless they're given strict specific orders.
I gave Noelle a look, and she rolled her eyes. She got up, made her way to the window to talk to Atticus.
