The dragons soared high above the mountains.
Aesther could feel nothing but blind terror as the avalanche crushed the Dragonstone. That presence she had felt in her dreams, of those suffocating shadows seized her soul surfaced once again.
As if her fears acted on their own.
But just as the valley collapsed, a surge of raw mana burst out.
The dragon faltered while flying.
Aesther tightly gripped onto Ezrahl. The impact of the mana burst hit them like a ton of bricks, the bursting air was like a thousand beasts galloping against them.
It was hard to breathe.
She couldn't open her eyes, clinging desperately to Ezrahl with all her remaining stretch just to not get flung down from it. Her fingers were numb and weak.
But Ezrahl covered her hand, holding it in place.
Aesther struggled to look back.
