(It seems that the majority of the entrances, rooms, and other places in this so-called Center Hall are all controlled through a centralized Ancient Magic circuit. The whole place is also covered in a lot of engravings just like the colosseum where the Gladiator Tournament in the Beast Capital was held, Master Seth.)

Below Thalia's grand throne seat was a long table containing a lot of elven cuisine as expected by Valhadr earlier before they even entered. The Dryads and the Elven Council members sat in their respective places.
