Hiryan and Leonor started the day by assigning Phoenixia her assignment which she already knew what to do prior to their talk from yesterday night.
She immediately went to Pandoura Headquarters to deliver the letters. The letters consisted of multiple sub-letters that deliberately explained each area of the topic. This way, they can focus on accepting them as different stuff rather than a big project so they won't be overwhelmed by the things that are requested by the Beast King.
Although they could decline some stuff since they still have the power to do so, they know that the Beast King would be willing to communicate with them any changes that they want. That is why, it rarely happens that they reject any letter coming from the Royal Castle and the Beast King in general.
