MC is born during the era of Hogoromo Otsutsuki, shortly after Kaguya was sealed so as to give him first class sit to the history of Naruto world as well as knowledge of both chakra and natural energy.

Obviously he'll want to live forever and observe history as it goes. No technology and stuff like that just ancient method of doing stuff. It may a little different from what we know but I'm sure we'll cope.

It'll also be a mix of spiritual stuff before Canon. Little bloodshed, but the MC won't be afraid or reluctant to kill when necessary. No hand seals for the MC either.....
